Host was excellent and helpful. Restaurant was convenient for dinner.

Internet rate for use in room but host was aware of the issue and recommended internet cafe next door.

I'm Brazilian and they have some atendents who speak portuguese as well.

But if you speak only English they are not so good in that.

The staff were extremely helpful and English-speaking. They helped us a lot with problems with our bike. The adjoining restaurant is good value for money and also with very friendly staff.

The staff was nice, attending and careful. Breakfast is more than OK.

Old rooms, old furniture, stained carpet and a suffocating sensation: the temperature was very high outside and there was no air conditionning in the room, just the windows which didn´t open properly. The bed had a winter thick blanket... in summer... We slept very badly because of the temperature in the room.

The hotel is located near Central Station, the river can be reached even walking easily. The elevator is available.

Very convenient for train travel the next day. Easy walk around the old city and quiet. The hotel is a little dark, but clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel on July 13, 2009 for one night. We previously found this hotel when driving through Koblenz and went into the town centre to have a brief look. We thought we would try to stay there when we next passed through Koblenz and which we did. It also was the first hotel which came up on the Booking.com website for Koblenz. This hotel is run by the owner and his wife themselves, very very friendly couple and extremely helpful. Although the hotel might need renovation in general, the overall furnishing is very tastefully done. Most convenient location and parking is also not difficult, nor expensive, despite the central location right in front of the main train station. We will go back again !

There is nothing we do not like about this hotel, despite one review mentioned that there was heavy smell of smoking throughout the hotel. We requested our room to be cleared of smoking smell when making our booking, and indeed, we were happy that our room had no smoking smell at all after checking into the room.
