Everything! Staff is so nice, rooms are so clean , breakfast is good and sauna is just perfect! And all of these for a reasonable price. |

Near the railway station (hauptbahnhof), and little noise in spite of its location. The price is relatively high considering the facilities of the hotel. |

The staff was very kind and the breakfast was nice Although the room was confortable and quite new, common areas (lift, stairs, corridors) were awful: this is really a shame for such a nice hotel! |

The rooms were clean. The included breakfast had many things to chose from to eat. Great location. Some of the guest were rude. Loudness in the hallway and others smoking in the hallways. |

We are family of four with 2 children, we stay in this hotel for a night to make a city tour of Koblenz. We found very welcome staff here, clean sheets and acceptable breakfast - actually all we need. The location of the hotel is also good. Generally the hotel is OK for a short stay if you are not fastidious. The hotel needs renovation. Carpets and furniture have to be replaced, the bathtub needs to be repaired. The area of the Central railway station is quite noisy, the hotel does not have its own parking, there is a short time parking nearby at the station but for a longer time you need to look for a place at the streets or go to the underground parking at the station. |

Very close to the main railway station and the town centre was fairly easily reachable.Good choice of items at the breakfast buffet. Some fixtures and fittings were showing signs of age and could do with fixing or replacing. |

The hotel was centrally placed, ideal for rail and bus stations and the hotel staff were very friendly indeed. The hotel could do with a bit of refurbishing. |

Good breakfast. We understood that there was parking available, didn't expect this to just be in the street, wherever in the neighbourhood you could find a space. Room smelled of cigarettes and did not appear clean with marks on the walls and rubbish from previous guest in the bin still. Had to request a change of bedclothes due to poor condition of original on the bed when we arrived. |

Good location-very near the train station, and tourist sites are within easy walking distance. The city is good for shopping and the river scenery is beautiful. Breakfast is free and is good. |
