The location is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was old and worn. It was very loud, although the hotel claims the rooms to be "sound proofed" It smelled of dust. It appears to have been last remodeled in the early 1980's. Although Hotel Continental claims to be a 3-star hotel, I would not rate it that high - especially considering the state of the room. It is adequate for catching a train or plane in Frankfurt, but for little else. I would recommend it only in those circumstances. |

Very central location. In my room, the washbasin was located at the entry. This was really strange and uncomfortable. The rest is fare enough based on money I paid. |

They always gave me appropriate information when I asked them. The room was very modern and comfortable. The hotel is on a very good location near Haubtbahnhof, but at the same time, sleeping might sometimes be disturbed by the little noise of trams. |

Internet availability, free coffee, staff friendly, close to main railway station. Room 105 is right above the entrace to the hotel and as such is very noisey. Because of limited space i had to take a smoking room. The room smely very smokey. I was offer to move to an alternate room but my stay was only for 2 nights and i was not at the hotel most of the time. |

Excellent location, handy to railway station and downtown Frankfurt. Good breakfast buffet. Somewhat noisy in evening - one of window roll-down shutters would not roll down. |

Nothing at all except maybe the location, but that is about it. This is not a 3 star hotel. The bed was small and uncomfortable and starting at 9.30am even if u have a 2 day booking with them, they knock on ur door and tell u that if by 11.00am u room is not cleaned, it will won't be all day long.NOW What kinda service is this? Suppose I came back late at night and I wanna rest until 12 noon???No breakfast included and a really horrible experience. |

Room was spacious and good looking. Actually, there were 2 rooms - small room with table and chairs and large bedroom. Located across the street to railway station. Bathroom needs some repair. |

Location was great, right across from the main train station. Rooms were dated but very comfortable and clean. No breakfast included, that said, the price of the hotel was very competative so can't really complain too much. |

The hotel is located just near the Haubtbahnhof, in the center of the city. So, one can reach the hotel without loosing his/her way. Water pressure of shower was not enough, though I'm not sure it always is so. |

The Hotel Continental is conviently located directly across the street from the main train station in Frankfurt. It is a nice Hotel for price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived in Frankfurt rather early and was very tired from my trip. I would have liked to have been able to check into my room a little earlier. |

The location ; the excellent cleanliness & comforts. In the summer, the small fans in the rooms aren't quite enough. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay ! |

Excelent location, standard size room, bed comfortable, room clean, front desk had some fans you could request to make the room cooler. Staff could be friendlier and more efficient |

I got a special deal, 43€ for a single room, and it was fantastic!! As always in these hotels, the breakfast cost way too much, so I don't know if its good or not. The room however was more than expected. Had a balcony facing the train station, so you can understand that its really close to the trains =). The breakfast price. |

The hotel was situated opposite the main train station in Frankfurt and in view of the bus stop for Hahn airport. It was inexpensive and the room was small but functional with a shower and two single beds, though no seating other than the bed. TV with CNN and MTV otherwise German channels only. The staff were helpful and spoke English. The room was unfortunately noisey due to the road noise outside, cars trams and trains and the glazing didn't reduce the noise very much. But it was an inexpensive room, clean and did the job. I would recommend the hotel to people needing a cheap room for one night, but not to people looking for a relaxing stay or staying more than 1 night. |
