Very welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable and clean room. Quality buffet breakfast. Convenient central location close to main Berlin sights.

Excellent 4* hotel with no nasty surprises as you would expect from Marriott. Well located for all attractions, close to U-Bahn stations, clean, friendly and safe. The staff are welcoming and helpful, rooms/bathroom are modern and bright with a very good shower. Breakfast was very well presented with a vast range of hot and cold options. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The rooms and the hotel are nice and comfortable, and clean - but you would expect that for the price.

We stayed here over nye because there was not a lot else left near to the city centre. It was a let down for the price. When we checked in they said they didn't have a double room (even though that's what we booked) and when asked about this they did not apologise!!! So rude. Also, its a terrible location - yes, its close to a metro station but there is nothing else nearby - supermarkets and restaurants are nowhere to be found. So annoying. Won't be staying here again.

The hotel is good for business travelers. There is plenty of light and a good desk to work at.

The heating system didn't work (It was -8 degrees at night) and the staff gave me the runaround. This is not what I would expect from a Marriott hotel. In the end, I was given a heater but other guests spent the night shivering with cold.

Firstly, breakfast was SPECTACULAR! Hot and cold food, breads, juice, tea/coffee, yogurt etc - one of the best spreads I've ever sen and really good quality. The location is excellent to public transport and by walking to closeby touristy areas. The staff were excellent, extremely courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would glady stay here again without hesitation.

We were in this hotel for two nights and the cleaning staff didn't replenish our toiletries. We had 1 small tub of shampoo and 1 small soap for 2 people for two nights. I'm sure we could have asked for more, but why wasn't more left when the room was cleaned after our first night?

The rooms were spacious and the location is quite near the city center

Waiters in the restaurant were not professional at all. The orders were always wronge and the checks were not correct.

Great staff and great location. Everything is 10-15 mins by walk and the metro station is just 2 mins away. We got a huge room and the staff were very helpful.

The only bad thing was the hotel didn't have room service and the free wifi only worked in the lobby!

Rooms and bathroom were clean, bright, and spacious.

The location made it a bit difficult to walk to many of the tourist attractions, but it is located a few blocks away from several U-bahn stops.

It is really in the city center, so good fit for city trip. The hotel was a good 4* hotel, as expected.

This facility is modern & clean. It well deserves its four star rating & the price was reasonable. On the border of where the Berlin Wall was located, it is situated in the old eastern sector, therefore lots of new buildings are emerging. Near the famous checkpoint Charlie & shopping precinct, this facility is well positioned near other tourist destinations. It is also near a " hop on hop off" bus stop which was convenient. The included breakfast was excellent & the staff all spoke English & were helpful. We had a problem with the in room safe and when it could not be quickly fixed, we were transferred quickly to an equivelant room.

We had no problems & would rebook for future trips to Berlin.

Central quiet location. 3 minutes to a underground station. Hotel resturant good value and choice. Excellent all round top end 4 star hotel. Area next to large apartment blocks however no indication or feeling of unsafe.

Had to travel to find other eating places on a evening. Say 15 minutes walk at a quick pace.

The room was very big and the bed was comfort.

The location was good - 2 min walk from a U-Bahn Station and there were locations close that taxis hung out at. Checkpoint Charlie was close - 5-10 min walk and the hotel was along the wall marker - just inside the old east side. Brandeburg Gate was 15 min walk. Most of the main attractions were about a 20-30min walk depending on route but public transit could get you places quicker. Hotel was very modern and clean. Good buffet breakfast if you can get it included in the price. Room was very spacious and included free bottle of water and coffee and tea. Towels and soap and shampoo only. Iron and board with hangers. Staff was great - when they only had non smoking rooms they changed me to a non smoking room for no charge. Got a wake up call and had a taxi called to get to the airport which came immediately.

Bed was on the soft side but at 95kg I am going to need a firmer matress - hotels probably just go for average body and softer for female guests. Internet should be free but you do get 1 hour free per day but it is pretty slow.

We traveled with our 8 years old son ,so we prefered the junior suite,that was really a great choise!Nothing to complain about.Spacy,clean,comfortotable.No noise from the street.Everything was great.

Although we had the Junior suite and one child stays for free with his parents in Berlin courtyard,our son's breakfast was not included in the price of the room(while our was!!).First time something like that happens in a Marriott .In Copenhagen,Vienna,Budapest children didn't have to pay extra when breakfast was included in the room's price!!We found that very disapointing and it certainly was an unpleasant surprise!!

Excellent hotel in good location for all the major sights and central city attractions; and the price made it a great choice for us.

I appreciate an early check-in (11 am) and everyone (receptionists, waiters at the restaurant, etc) being attentive and nice.The room was spacious, clean and faced a quiet yard. Thank you for being hospitable and helpful!

Su ubicación es buena. Aunque no se encuentra en el centro (difícil saber donde está el centro de Berlín) si está cerca de una estación de metro y se llega pronto. Muy confortable. Excelente relación calidad-precio si lo reservas con tiempo.

El servicio de Wifi en la habitación debe pagarse a parte.
