The hotel is near the train station an that helped us a lot.

I didn't like the price. I don't think is value.

Omly one block from Hauptbahnhof and trams. Good breakfast including fresh fruit. On the day we had to leave early they supplied a pack breakfast.

The street cleaner lorry going backward and forwards for ages outside early in the morning. Not a serious detraction though

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was centrally located and only about 1/4 mile to the train station. Very good public transportation.

The service is very good. 1.I don't like the airconditon in night.I asked for quilts,they sent to me in one minute. 2.There is a long table, I like it very much.When you are tired,you may palce things here and there, enough spach. 3.The Tv programms can be chosen,many kinds.

1.The bed is too high,It's very diffcult for an adult or teenagers to go to bed. By the way I am 168cm tall and my son is 150cm tall. If any old people sleep in those beds,it will be a "job" to get out of bed. 2.There is no Chinese Tv programms,many kinds languges can be chosen.

The room was cozy and comfortable. I liked that fridge was empty, big safe deposit box, tea/coffee set. A Lidl store is next door.

I didn't like that you have only 1 hour of free internet in the lobby, though we had a paid WiFi and wired connection in our room.

Price does not include. You have to pay for each step (tv, internet, parking, breakfast, etc.). Price for breakfast is not a small 20e and children do not have any discounts. When you enter the hotel locked money on your credit card is 2 times more than the price for the room, it was not comfortable. When I considered all operating expenses: tv, Internet, parking and breakfast, I did not pay 500e, it was first price, but I paid 890e. So if you want to stay in Marriott yuo must plan to pay at to times more than the price of the room.

The hotel is located in the walking distance to most of city sights. Two big supermarkets(food and non-food) are the next door to hotel.

During the check-in the Hotel has blocked the full rate plus really huge garantee (about 70 euro per day, so 490 euro for week staying). Next day the Hotel has blocked one more amount on the another credit card that I used during online booking. I had to have a long converstaon with hotel reseptionist about double-paying and only after that they cancelled the wrong transaction (without excuses). NO free WI-Fi (25 euro per day). Only 2 workstation with free-wifi at the lobby. Shampoo instead of shower-gel in rooms and no body-lotion, no slippers, no bathrobe.

The staff were very helpful which was appreciated, especially when we needed medical assistance. And it was very close to the train station, which was good as we were travelling around by train.

The location is great if you wanna be close to the station. Price is quite good and the rooms are nice though a bit small.

The staff was not professional, and did not speak proper English. I asked for a wake-up call and they never called me. Fortunately I always have my own alarm clock but if I had counted only for the hotel service I would have missed my train. I was very disappointed. They charged for the internet in the room which was relatively expensive.

Staff were friendly and knowledgable. No problems with speaking English. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast excellent. Really couldn't fault the hotel at all. Handy to train station, supermarket next door. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to dislike!

I would like that when I do a reservation through BOOKING.COM the hotel entertains the Requests. The front desk of Courtyard Marriot said that if I book through Booking.com they cannot guarantee the bed preference. Hence my visit to Munich with my partner was a nightmare as the Hotel only had 2 single beds available. Eventually they have put the beds together and have put us in great danger as the bed-side lights affixed to wall were about only 20cms above our head when we were lying on the bed. The front office supervisor has blocked me from referring to the manager and declared that she was the manager, notwithstanding that her badge indicated that she was only a supervisor. Needless to say in view of the high rate of the room, I have expected much better, and never expected for hotel staff to put down booking.com so low.

No free wifi in the room

The courtyard marriott was within close proximity to the main train station, which was good. It was even close enough to walk to,train station whilst carrying luggage. It was also only a 15/20 min walk to Mariplatz , with plenty to see along the way.

I didn't like that there was not free wifi in the rooms. €5 for an hour was,pricey.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was fantastic. It took approximately 7 minutes to walk from the train station where the bus from the airport dropped us off. We were in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beautiful Marieplatz where the Christmas markets were in full swing. We enjoyed having free wi-Fi in the lobby for an hour each day, or easy access to desk top computers and Internet in the lobby any time of day or night. The hotel breakfast was beautiful, although a little pricey.

It would have been great to have free wi-Fi in the rooms.

Rooms clean, location to Marienplatz and Christmas Markets. Breakfasts. Cleanliness of rooms. Staff very helpful.

They blocked more than 10000 euros from my credit card as deposit and my entire stay costs 2580 euros only and nobody could explained why from hotel staff!!!
