Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great Marriott beds. Walking distance from city center. Located in new area where you can find the nice 'lounge' restaurants with great food for a nice price. (and stay away from the tourist rip-offs) Rooms were warm. If not changeable I can imagine it would be too hot in summer. |

Comfortable, clean hotel in good location. Excellent, helpfull staff. About 25 min stroll along the Rhine to city centre, but plenty of bars ans restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast excellent but pricey so well worth getting a deal where it's included. Gym needs Air con |

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but as usual pricey. I did have a problem with my booking.com reservation, they showed only 1 night when I booked for 2. Word of advice, always print and take your reservation just in case. They left my items in the room and were going to charge me more for my 2nd night, but since I had my confirmation they honored the lower rate no problem. The area where the hotel is located is up and coming, but a long way off. The walk to old town is about 20 minutes by foot. A beautiful walk but you need a nice day. Cab is about 10 euro. Otherwise, for now, there is not much around the hotel other than construction. |

Nice room, very quiet area, easy transport into city The absurdly expensive internet at 6€ per hour. There is an internet and calling center at 1 € per hour near the Bilker Kirche. The restaurant is not impressive either, for the money you they are asking you to spend. Plenty of other restaurants very close by. |

As an experienced European traveller I can honestly say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Incredible value for money, superb customer service and great facilities. The rooms were huge, clean and modern. The spa was superbly maintained and I loved the idea of the rooftop gym. Also, money can't buy the excellent staff who were both approachable and highly informative. If only I had another reason to go back to Dusseldorf... |

The quietness of the hotel,and very easy access to the waterfront, Rhine and the Old Town. The lack of sitting out area to relax except on the roof. A swimming or Hot tub would have been rather nice after a days sightseeing |

In essentie goed, zeer goede service van medewerkers tijdens ontbijt Hotel geeft aan te beschikken over minibar. Deze is leeg, dat is op zich niet erg, aangezien je producten beneden kunt kopen. Maar om nou de koelkast op de kamer in het geheel uit te zetten, gaat iets te ver voor een 4 sterrenhotel. Hetzelfde geldt voor de ijsblokjes machines. Staan wel aangegeven, maar zijn er niet of niet in werking. |
