The staff were knowlegeable about the surrounding, friendly and helpful to an individual that did not speak German The cleanliness of the room and the smell in the bathroom,. A fix for the smell could have been to change the shower curtain. |

Very handy for the shops, staff spoke good english, friendly, good room size and very comfortable. The water didnt work in the hotel for afew hours one morning so we couldnt shower. But they did have engineers working on it as soon as they identified the problem. |

The Titus thermal bath is right next to the hotel, it really is a pleasant experience in the evening. The rooms are clean, the hotel staff is polite. The parking is quite hard to find at night. You can only access the thermal bath by an entrance in the street. The staff at the reception at arrival was a little bit too cold, however very polite. I have already felt myself more welcome in other hotels. It has to be pointed out however, that the service was fine. |

mooie, schone kamer met heerlijk bad. Lekker in de buurt bij groot winkelcentrum, waar je tot tien uur in de avond nog boodschappen kunt doen en uit eten kunt gaan. Het ontbijt had wat mij betreft, bij de prijs inbegrepen kunnen zijn en men moet andere mensen er op attenderen hun auto beter te parkeren, zodat andere mensen ook nog ruimte hebben om dit te doen. |

Die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung in der Rezeption und im Frühstücksservice 3 Punkte:1. zu geringe Hinweise auf die Hoteleinfahrt 2. Der Zugang über die Parkzufahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig 3. Im Bad Z. 310 befinden sich am Hahn des Waschbeckens und in der Ecke der Badewanne schwarze Schimmelspuren |

Zentrale Lage gerade fur Marathonläufer sehr zu nah am Start Ja, zum Wellnessbereich muß man das Haus verlassen und über die Einkaufspassage kann man erst den Eingang erreichen |

Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Die Parksituation ist etwas verworren. Die Hotelparkplätze sollten vieleicht schon in der Hotelbeschreibung erscheinen (grauer Block im U3) |
