It was nice to be able to walk to the hotel from the airport and get the free shuttle back very quickly, excellent dining, nice people at the hotel, very friendly, courtious, friendly, made us feel welcome. room was a little expensive, no ice cubes for drinks... |

the ladies at the reception all were very helpful. The room was absolutely quiet. The pool was open til 11pm. A coffemaker in the room would be nice (in the USA they all do and I kind of expected it) |

I went for a run and used hotel reception for local knowledge to facilitate that run. I dined in at the hotel restaurant which was excellent and then got an early night for my flight the next day. |

The hotel has more charm than most airport hotels I visited in the past and the people at reception were extremely friendly! Being so close to the Hamburg airport, there was no discomfort from any airplane noise at all inside the hotel. |

location, airport is very very close to hamburg airport. hotel shuttle bus runs every half hour, I would have preferred for it to run every 15 mins. |

Yes--the direcrtions to the hotel from the airport were very poor--i had to use my mobile phone to find my way and it took nearly 30 mins--- PLEASE get better signs!!! |

Die Räumlichkeiten entsprachen unser Erwartung die wir von Marriott gewohnt sind. Damit waren wir zufrieden. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist zufriedenstellend. Die Lage ist trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen ok. Der Poolbereich ist schon etwas abgenutzt und gehört mal wieder renoviert. Diese Räumlichkeiten sollten besser beheizt sein. Das Frühstücksbüffet sollte Sonntags länger geöffnet sein. |

Also ganz eindeutig das Zimmer war sehr schön sowie von der Einrichtung, des Stils, und der Größe. Die Kaffee/Tee Bar auf dem Flur. Ich muss zugeben ohne den Taxi Fahrer der vor mir gefahren ist hätte ich das Hotel nie und nimmer gefunden. Ich habe kein Navi: |
