Although it was difficult on arrival at the airport where the hotel shuttle buses did pick up it was the same for all the hotel shuttles and nothing was marked. I asked and an airport person called the hotel for me and I was picked up in minutes. Service was very friendly and I was only staying overnight, then meeting a friend and continuing my journey. Hotel is only a few minutes in hotel shuttle to airport and yet the hotel was very quiet.

The first room was a smoker room, even I had asked for a non-smoker room. Then I was given a nicer room on the upper floor with nice forrest-view. What I did not know that there was a generator outside my window that was on the whole night - in fact I did not sleep the whole night. Upon asking I was told that I could move room again, however, this room should not even be considered to be rented out to anybody! In the morning only horrible American coffee was provided.

it's a little bit difficult for you to find the hotel even it's only 800m since they don't have picks for arrivals in the afternoon and evening. You need to walk on a high way to get to the hotel. I booked a room with double bed, but it turned out 2 twin beds, one was wasted. no bathtub is available. hot water and cold water of shower is difficult to adjust. swimming pool is nice but small, tried the sauna, but there is a naked fat old guy wanking in front of me.....

One positive aspect of the Hotel was the free shuttle service to and from the Airport although we felt that the drivers expected a tip instead of it being a choice. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent and we appreciated that there was a choice in the size of the meal we had. This was expecially appreciated since we were eating later than normal and didn't want too heavy a meal. It was also close to the airport but the soundproofing was excellent.

We didn't like that the Shuttle drivers practially held out their hand for a tip even going so far as to wait until we attempted to get in the Shuttle before bringing out the step stool. We also had trouble with the internet and the staff person was of no help to us and we had to figure it out by ourselves (finally).

It is convenient, located close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

My stay was only for one night but I have to say that the staff from check-in to check-out were excellent in all aspects of taking care of the hotel guests. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Food is very good and the hotel exudes a very warm feel.

Hotel is nearby the airport. The rooms are excellent isolated against noise of airplanes. The hotel offers you also a lot of faciliteis like swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath. The restaurant is also excellent and the menu prices are reasonable.

suite was nice and roomy, food was tasty, breakfast very nice with niceservers. Room was quiet--didn't hear the airplanes.

pillows were hard. In the booking receipt emailed to me I would have liked another reference to the swimming pool. I didn't bring my swimsuit,and the pool is so inviting.
