City centre location and excellent parking facilities, staff were very obliging and provided us with an excellent room even though our booking made a month earlier and confirmed by email to us through Booking.com was not registered with the hotel. A friend also travelling with us encountered the same issue but again was found a room. Booking.com needs to look at its systems. Door entry cards very unreliable and we had to have them renewed half way through the week's stay. Limited hanging space in the rooms. |

The hotel has a very nice design. The room is very modern big and comfortable. The staff is very kind. The only negative thing was the breakfast not included but we think the hotel was wonderful |

We liked the breakfast and the furniture of the room and the restaurant. The decoration and the bed was also nice. Weliked the view from the restaurant. We had to sign something during our breakfast and we didn't know what it was however we asked the waitress.She couldn't explain it.There were too many stairs from the lift to the room. |

Design of the hotel lobby and rooms, city center positions, nice smelling soap :-) It was a bit difficult to find the main entrance (the main entrance is behind the corner and the rear entrance is from the main street and there are no signs showing the way to the main entrance). |

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und hatte eine gute Austattung,vom Design fanden wir es witzig und nicht "null acht fünfzehn"! Ja,die Sauberkeit des Bades hat nicht einem 4Sterne Hotel in Deutschland entsprochen! |

Das Design der Zimmer und der gläserne Fahrstuhl. Außerdem war das Hotel angenehm ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal. Es gab leider keine Möglichkeit, das Zimmer auf Anfrage einige Stunden länger zu belegen. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte manchmal gequält. |

Das außergewöhnliche Design von Zimmer und Einrichtung, die Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone und die gekonnte Anbindung an ein Einkaufszentrum. Angenehme Atmosphäre und zuvorkommender Service in der Bar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Der Zimmerservice war nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. |

En väldigt hög standard och perfekt läge intill gågatan/galleria. Mycket bra och god frukost med mycket att välja mellan. Perfekt med parkering under hotellet. Rekommenderas varmt. Det var alldeles för höga priser i baren på t.ex irish coffee, EUR 7,50 när det kostar EUR 3.90 på andra ställen. |
