Good location

Asked for double bed. Had to be moved to different room to get a double bed. The new room has twin beds. Gave up to ask again. Disappointing we couldnt get double bed but other than that, hotel is fine.

Fantastically situated, very central. Historical sights close by and lovely shops for shopping just around the corner.Hotel itself is comfortable and clean with good food in a cosy atmosphere.

Stuff was unfriendly, room was very very dirty, the bed wasn't cleaned, I found someone's hair in it, that was so disgusting!!!! We changed the room, but it was also dirty, especially in the bathroom. High price for breakfast

Im afraid I dont have anything good to say about the hotel...too many guests booked, no serviceminded personal, late response in the lobby/bar that was combined..

To be given a smoking room without being told or even asked when you check in and then not willing to help when a customer is contacting a reception, it says it all! First checking time was 15.00, we checked in 15.10 and were told all rooms were checked in when we realized that one of our rooms were a smoking room despite we havent ordered it. The personal was arrogant and rude, no service minded at all. I will not stay here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The only good is the location, nothing else and it sure isnt worth the price. Many buscompany uses it and it was overbooked aswell.

I loved the location as I had never been to a German Christmas market before. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and I really liked the decor.

My only real dislike was the pillows. The bed was large enough to have required double the amount of pillows provided. Guests can always discard too many pillows but when there are too few it interferes with a comfortable nights sleep for me.

This is the "perfect" hotel. They really tried to be in the shoes of the guest when they develeoped this concept, and they succeeded. Very large beds. very clean and nicely designed interior. You can plug in all devices to connect to the LCD screen, the location is good and it has opening windows to the patio, so it is quiet when you have the windows open at night. And then in th morning you have breakfast...perfect again!

I liked their breakfast and the fact that the garage was reachable with the hotels elevator. Great bathroom!

You really wanted to tell the hotelstaff that "A smile wouldn't kill you". They didn't seem thrilled about the fact that people came to stay there and the rooms could have been a little cleaner.

Excellent value and very convenient for town centre.

A great stay overall but a more realistic price for breakfast ($34 for two) would have been the icing on the cake!

This is a a very convenient hotel right next to the pedestrian zone in downtown Rostock. It is within walking distance to many of the attractions in Rostock. There is a shopping mall attacked to the hotel and easily accessible directly from the rooms. The rooms are somewhat sparse and have no coffee/tea service or a minibar. But they are stylish, clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast they provide is one of the best I have had in Europe. It is definitely worth the money, and much better than in many more luxurious hotels. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without question.

A few more room amenities would have been welcome such as a coffee service. But really, there was little to complain about.

Sehr schönes Designhotel, nettes Personal, ganz wunderbare Matratzen! (so gute habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie vorgefunden) Ideale Lage angrenzend an den Fuzo-Bereich, gegenüber vom Studentenkeller bei der Uni gelegen. Sauber, unkompliziert, tolles Ambiente. Würde beim nächsten Rostock-Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen. Frühstücken kann man ganz prima bei der Stadtbäckerei Junge, 150m entfernt.

vor unserer Zimmertür fand ein Abiball statt; auf Nachfrage wurde uns vom Personal mit einem ironischen Lachen gesagt, dass mit viel Glück ab Mitternacht Schluss ist und wir mit unserer Zimmerlage Pech haben

Das Hotel ist Super in Lage Komfort und! durch kurzfristige Buchung über Internet ein "schnapper" sehr zu empfehlen Top
