Generally, a nice hotel though we had difficulty locating it initially with our GPS finding the hotel. Our room has some smell of smoking.

Limited parking lots within the hotel and may need to park by the roadside.

Reception not 24 hours and no breakfast included

Pleasant reception with clean environment. Private on site parking with disabled access. Close access to shopping mall plus fast food restaurants i.e Burger King. Also petrol station on 200 yards.

Rooms were not heated and rads were turned off. Took 1.5 hrs for Rads to come on full and did not heat rooms. Heating was auto turned off in the night and came on at 6am. Considering it was winter and advance communication was made heated rooms especially for youngsters and elderly is a must. There was also no kettle nor coffee or tea availability. No ironing facility in rooms plus no mini fridge for drinks. Both rooms had no curtains and were only fitted with net curtains. Zero privacy from outside.

Very good balance of the comfort and price. Nice hotel personal.

the shower head, the water spray is 45 degrees so it either hits your head or your upper body, both not both. Minor annoyance...

Modern spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, great location out of the hustle and bustle of the cbd but only a few minutes away by tram or bus, wonderful breakfasts.

hotel is still undergoing refurbishment on the upper floors although this is being handled with much consideration for guests to ensure minimum disruption

The room is small but cozy . The bed was comfortable. The breakfast setting was pretty. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

My room was next to the road, so I was little annoyed at first by traffic sound. But It became quiet during night. I thought The hotel fee was little pricy as what i needed were not privided in the room such as shower cap or coffee pot/ cup. Breakfast were not included, too.

If I have to............no 220v plug near the desk. I brought an extention wire with me. That facilitated me to work on my lap-top from the desk. It would be practical to either borrow extension wires from the reception or (the expensive way) install a 220v plug under the desk.

The style and confort, the green area outside, the kindness of people...J Sincerely suggest this hotel.

Doel was bezoek Wilhelmshohe bij avondlicht. Behulpzaam personeels goede uitleg over openbaarvervoer. (weekendkaart a 7,20 euro /2pers) Zeer nette kamer; goede prijs /kwaliteit verhouding.

personal kannte frühstückszeit am wochenende nicht. hat uns etwas gedrängelt, da angeblich frühstückszeit schon vorbei war.

Busverbindung vor der Tür Einkaufsmöglichkeiten super Die Zimmer zur Villa haben einen schönen Ausblick auf diese.

Ohne die Aufbackbrötchen hätte es von mir im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ein sehr gut gegeben.

Ruime kamer, goede bedden, ontbijt goed. Van receptionist veel informatie over Kassel ontvangen. Groot winkelcentrum aan de overkant van de straat, met leuke eettentjes waar je voor weinig geld even kunt eten.

Badkamer krap, modern maar niet handig. Ontbijt was goed, jammer dat er alleen witte afbakbroodjes beschikbaar waren.
