Close to trainstation, easy to find! The rooms are anything but design. We stayed in a normal room and it was absolutely terrible. I asked in my booking for an extra nice room and got what looked like the worst room of the whole hotel. We were very disappointed. |

Very convenient location (close to the cathedal, museum and railway station). Pleasant and helpful staff, who spoke excellent English. Spacious bedroom. Good breakfast, attractively served. There was some noise from the busy road close by, but it was not troublesome. |

The hotel is very close to the Koln train station and the Dom Cathedral. It was especially convenient for the Christmas Markets. We took advantage of their large luggage room to stash our bags before we checked in. The public toilet was clean and attractive. Our room was large enough (by Europe standards) and extremely clean. Breakfast was pretty good, too. We wanted to open the window because the room was quite hot, but there was too much noise from the train station and roads. This was a minor issue - overall the hotel was wonderful. It may be possible to ask for a quiet room. |

Very friendly staff, the room was well designed, air conditionning, big flat screen TV on the wall, the bathroom was spacious. 5 minutes walk from the main station. Lots of trafic on the road just in front, so can be loud. The breakfast buffet was not terribly impressive and seating in the breakfast room is rather unconfortable. |

Foyer was warm and creative. Breakfast was also well done. Internet website pictures of the single room is not the same as what I experienced. The reception was uninterested and cold, not warm and welcoming. A little too Noisy at night. It was not made clear to me when I called up for Hotel Information that parking was limited and is best booked when booking a room. Becuase of this I had to park 100m away. It was raining this day. |

Breakfast was nice. I booked a double room they gave me a single room. I asked for a quiet room they gave me a room facing the highway. The nightshift receptionist was too rude. "No rooms, only that one" he meant the one facing the highway with no sound proof windows. They should check again what "design hotel" means as a term. |

Prima op loopafstand van het centrum en prima ontbijt. Heel gastvrij en aardig personeel. De kamers waren wel een beetje klein en er mocht gerookt worden in de bar waardoor het hele hotel ernaar stonk. De kamer die wij hadden lag aan de wegkant en dat was erg lawaaiig. |

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de Dom. Het is redelijk modern en niet al te groot. Het is netjes, de prijs was redelijk maar aan de hoge kant voor de sobere kamer en een matig tot slecht bed. Kamer was zeer sober ten opzichte van de prijs. Het bed was slecht. Had om beddegoed specifiek voor iemand met een donsallergie gevraagd maar had de indruk dat ik wel een veren kussen had. Parkeergelegenheid is slecht. Heb de auto in de garage van het Hilton gezet en dat koste me 26 Euro wat vrij veel is vind ik. 'S avonds wilden we aan de bar wat drinken maar het was blauw van de rook dus hebben we dat maar gelaten. Het word als een designhotel aangeprezen maar alleen de lobby heeft die uitstraling door de toepassing van de Egg chair van Fritz Hansen, die allebei gammel op het onderstel stonden, en een Bretz? bank. Dat aspect viel zwaar tegen maar was wel de doorslaggevende reden bij de keuze. We sliepen er omdat we de IMM bezochten. |

Frühstücksleistung Silvesterbuffet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Zimmereinrichtung ein Mischmasch aus Pseudo-Design und 50er, für ein Design Hotel dürfte man doch einen Flatscreen TV erwarten? Zimmer sehr beengt! |

Gut ist die Lage in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für kurze Aufenthalte bestens geeignet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. |

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité du centre ville (gare, cathédrale, magasins). Accueil agréable. Chambre propre, confortable et bien chauffée. Petit déjeuner varié. Possibilité de garer sa voiture à proximité (quelques places de stationnement à côté et en face de l'hôtel). Suivant la situation de la chambre il peut y avoir du bruit surtout si face à la gare ou la chaussée. Nous, nous étions côté arrière donc très calme. |

La proximité de la cathédrale, du marché de Noel et de la gare.Bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Mauvais équipement par temps froid: Couettes trop légères et trop courtes. Manque de couvertures d'appoint. Manque d'oreiller supplémentaire. Température glaciale dans la chambre 417 malgré radiateur mis à fond. Radiateur trop petit par rapport à la surface à chauffer. |

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowie das wunderschöne Designerzimmer. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Leider stehen keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, jedoch ist das in Köln sicher nichts Ungewöhnliches. |
