Aquest hotel de disseny modern es troba al centre de Colònia, a 5 minuts a peu de la catedral i de l'estació principal de tren. El recinte firal és a una parada amb l'S-Bahn. Avery pleasant stay with no problems. Hotel was central and easy to find. Staff friendly, room good size and clean with good facilites.

This hotel was out of the this world awesome. We stayed in one of the newly renovated suites and it was just so modern and amazing. The shower was huge and had a rain shower and the bed was to die for. The location was great as well!! It was so gorgeous!

Its in a very good location close to the Dom and main train station. The styling of the hotel is very modern, and the rooms are up to date. The breakfast selection was so poor that we didn't bother after the first day, so not much of a bonus if its included in the price. Some travellers may feel its tucked out of the way as its not on a main street but it is only a couple of minutes walk from the Dom.

Good location for city centre. Easy access to Dom and Christmas markets. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a lot of road and rail noise that disturbed our sleep every night. We would not choose a standard room here again.

Perfect for a one night stay, since we wanted to be near the train station. Very close. Nice staff. We left our luggage for a few hours and they actually locked it up, giving us a ticket to reclaim it. (Other hotels put it aside or in a closet but never locked it up.) Great value for 70 euros and great breakfast buffet. Being near the rail station, it was a bit noisy, but to be expected. Not a pretty location if you're looking for scenery.

Close to Cologne centre and very easy to get to from Cologne train station. Free Wifi. The room were dirty and very poorly equiped for the price paid. They were old fashioned and cheaply refurbished. Noisey street outside.

Very smart design hotel which is very clean,well positioned and well run. All the staff here are friendly, courteous and keen to help. Breakfast is good with a hot and cold buffet and drinks served by waiters. Our room was spacious and well insulated and we never lost any sleep through noise during our 5 night stay. The Dom and Hauptbanhof are only a 5 minute walk away and the area to the other side of the hotel has plenty of shops and eating places and is safe to walk around at night. Will come back to this hotel again. Our stay coincided with the warmest autumn weather for many years and the hotel did get a little hot although there is air-conditioning in the rooms. The TV was old-fashioned with the only English channels being BBC World Service, CNN and Bloomsberg.

Nice hotel, carefully design with nice and original furniture. Quite comfortable without luxe. The location is good, 5 minutes walking to the hauptbanhof and the dom. Breakfast is also good .Good relationship quality/price. Service is also good and efficient in general. I would have appreciated to have a menu of pillows or at least to have available several pillows. They were very soft (too much) and low, and for some persons, as it was my case, they may cause you neck pain. Also soap is not good good quality and it has to be used for all purposes: as gel shower, hands soap and shampoo.... People at the front desk or serving coffee during the breakfast may be nicer and closer to the customers. They were quiet cold and distant. There are very few international channels. But from my view, these are not big issues, so I'm satisfied of my stay in general.

clean, nice rooms. breakfast - buffet was not refilled between 9.15 and 10am. Not much food was left when I arrived at 9.15, and by 9.45 nothing was left. Staff didn't provide any more cheese, meat or eggs, etc. Breakfast is probalby quite good if you arrive early, i.e. 7am...

Das Cristall liegt super zentral in der Nähe von Dom, Bahnhof und Tagungszentrum Maternushaus. Tiefgarage dort nutzbar. 18 EUR Tagessatz. Keinerlei Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels. Keinerlei Parkplätze im Umkreis. Zimmerfenster nachts nicht öffnen. Lärm von unmittelbarer Stadtautobahn und Polizeisirenen, da PP visavi.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das Frühstück war aber auch wirklich klasse ;) Jedes Zimmer ist dekoriert mit einem grossen (unnützen) Gemälde, das "mitten" im Raum auch noch Platz wegnimmt, bietet aber nur einen kleinen (geschätzte 26 cm Diagonale) antiquarischen Röhrenfernseher mit Schnee sogar in manchen Hauptprogrammen (ard...)
