Comfort and clear room, very good price. It was announced that breakfast until 10:30, however, at 9:50 all food was removed already. We were still in the breakfast and my husband ask some cake, he go it but the stuff wasn't nice.

It is a good Hotel with limited parking in Hotel grounds, no frills good breakfast. We were offered a room in the next street outside of the Hotel, but then got the room we expected.

We liked everything except the manager Margaret at the reception who was very rude and unprofessional. In the description at booking.com it was indicated that all children under 6 years old stay free when using the existing beds. We were five: two adults and three kids (5, 6 and 8 years old), and booked a room for 3 persons. We needed to pay extra only for one child (who is 6) according to the description. But, when we arrived the manager was rude and told that five persons cannot stay in the room, the room is for 2 persons and we have to pay extra for all kids. She said she knew nothing about the description at booking, the rules are different and we can either pay or cancel this booking (it was really late when we arrived so cancellation meant full payment). I tried to explain that we booked a room for 3 persons not two but she heard nothing. We asked for a senior manager and she answered "he is on holiday, I am the only one who makes decisions". We had to leave, for half an hour we tried to book another hotel, but it was very late and we couldn't find anything nearby with open reception. We returned to Crystal. This manager was with her colleague at the reception and "suddenly" it happened that she made a mistake - the room was for 3 persons and we need to pay extra only for one child. What a miracle. This was very unpleasant.

Big, spacious room and bathroom. 1. If the hotel states they have "free wi-fi in the rooms", it must be really working wi-fi, and not just "we have some router set up here, but don't know a thing about it and can't help you". "Free wi-fi" means "no hardcore dhcp hacking to get the connection working" !! 2. minibar with fake refilled water bottle - seriously ?? 3. staff is a little bit too much annoying sometimes. 4. "large double bed" is not two twin beds put together.

De ligging was goed, niet helemaal in het centrum, zodat het moeilijk is ivm parkeergelegenheid. De parking zelf bij het hotel was wel wat klein. Voor de rest was alles in orde, op de douchekraan die los hing.

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig für Städtereisende, Messebesucher, bzw. Aussteller und deren Aufbauer. Frühstück gut und ausreichend, wenn auch nicht sehr aufmerksames Personal. An der Rezeption ab 18.00 auf Notbesetzung, auch hinsichtlich Motivation. Insgesamt unpersönliches Hotel, das sich aber durchaus für "Nur Übernachtung" gut eignet. unpersönliche Führung
