Friendly and very helpful staff. Enjoyable full breakfast buffet. Very clean room,and fresh decor. Close to the metro and buses. I hope to return to this hotel next time. Great value for money.

Great value for the money. Breakfast included and free parking. Room was simple but clean. Location was very nice for weekend trip to Berlin with my wife. Bed was two single beds pushed together. Almost fell into an abyss every time I tried to roll over toward my wife's side of the bed. The edges of each bed were very soft, so if you didn't stay right in the middle, falling out of bed was a real possibility.

The hotel is located by the S-Bahn Stadion Bundesplatz - perfect location for citytours and shopping, 5 min to K'damm. Nice hotel for good money.

I know this hotel, actually this is the only hotel I visited twice in Berlin. It is pretty good. The hotel is beside a highway, can be sometimes pretty loud.

Hotel Prinzregent is a good budget hotel for visiting Berlin. Its rooms and bathrooms are adequately spacious for a comfortable stay. Internet access is available, but you must access it on the ground floor of the hotel for the best Wi-Fi reception. International cable tv is available in the room. The hotel is located near the Bundesplatz U-bahn and S- train station. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice girl on reception, cheap price, with breakfast. Just 2 steps from the metro. Not very clean room, small bathroom, bad coffee. Nice hotel, but not 3 star, in my opinion.

Breakfast was ok and the stuff was nice, helpful and friendly. The room was very small, it wasn't clean, there was a lot of dust under the beds.The carpet was dirty and with stains. During winter and spring it is ok to stay there, because the windows protect you from the car's noise. During summer I think is impossible to sleep there, because the highway near the hotel is full of cars and the noise is very big.

あまりに安かったので期待してなかったのですが、設備も十分で快適でした。Ｓバーンの駅からも近くてよかっ- たです。男性スタッフはとても親切でした。 次回があればまた泊るでしょう。 ハイウェイに隣接しているため、自動車の音が気になる人はやめておいたほうがよいです。 また、スタッフによってだいぶ対応に差があります。女性スタッフの一人はやや乱暴な印象を受けました。

низкая стоимость проживания, завтрак включен, транспортная доступность ( близость к станции метро и скоростных электричек, до центра города 20-25 мин), внешняя звукоизоляция (при закрытых окнах автомобильную и ж/д трассу, проходящую рядом, почти не слышно) плохая звукоизоляция между номерами (телевизор в соседнем номере слышен, как в своем), неудобные кровати (толстые и очень мягкие матрасы, каждое утро просыпался с болью в пояснице), место для парковки рядом с гостиницей найти можно только утром, вечером будете исследовать все окрестные улицы.

Nicht sehr gutes Hotel. Ohne Bar und jeglicher Service. Kleine Zimmer und sehr unsauber. Nie wieder! Frühstücksraum unsauber, Zimmer sehr unsauber und es stank in den Zimmern!

In Stichworten: kein faires Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis; Nichts für Warmduscher! Badezimmer: klein und dreckig, abgenutzte Fliesen, kein Abzug Zimmer: klein , Teppich alt, stinkend und dreckig; kahl; oberes Stockwerk extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, Wasser tropft vom Fensterrahmen; Zimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos Frühstück: max. 3-4 Euro wert, alles sehr eng, Wurstwaren billig und teilweise alt Rezeption: wortkarg, inkompetent, unfreundlich, arrogant Sonstiges: Autobahn als Fensterausblick! Lautstärke beim offenen Fenster kaum erträglich Sauberkeit: keine; nur notdürftiges reinigen; Putzfrau scheint beleidigt, ihren Job machen zu müssen; müffeliger Geruch im ganzen Hotel Ineternet langsam und nur in unteren Stockwerken

месторасположение - рядом метро и автобан, хороший завтрак, стоянка, круглосуточный русский магазин. приехали за час до официального времени заезда - нас приняли без дополнительной оплаты, шум от автобана не досаждает. вдвоем на кровати спать невозможно - матрасы разъезжаются и проваливаешься между.
