clean room,friendly english speaking staff,close to airport and close to city,non smoking rooms,clean bathroom.Good buffet breakfast.All in all a pleasant stay. |

Free wifi, English was spoken, rooms were nice,beds comfortable and place was quiet. Breakfast was good location was out of the way. too far from Frankfurt. Was not clear on how to call the shuttle from the airport. |

We found the service excellent---a very young staff, well trained and very helpful. Would suggest that cleaning staff knock and call before entering bedroom, that was a little bothersome in their quest to clean up and be helpful. |

Very friendly staff. Hotel as described. Even though not published, the hotel does have an Airport shuttle. Except this time I set the filter to display hotels with Airport shuttle only. |

Aangename ontvangst en beleefd personeel. Zeer behulpzaam zonder opdringerig te zijn. Héél , héél , klein minpuntje. De kelner ruimt té vlug de borden af. Het laatste stukje eten is nog niet door de keel , of de borden zijn weg. |

Breakfast was was tasty. Hotel staff were pleasant. Internet connection was not so good. Maybe it depends on the room. Hard to say where the internet APs are situated. |

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Autobahn und Bahngleisen und ist entsprechend laut - das äussere Erscheinungsbild wirkt eher abstossend als anziehend - der Kühlschrank der miniBar hat mich nachts um 02:00 Uhr mit lautem Geräusch geweckt und ich musste nach kurzer Suche den Stecker ziehen, auf meinen Hinweis am nächsten Morgen wurde statt einer kleinen Entschuldigung nur gefragt ob ich den Kühlschrank wieder eingesteckt hätte... |

Sehr aufmerksames Hotelpersonal, grosszüge Zimmer, WLA kostenfrei. Restaurantbereich sehr schlechte Akkustik und kaltes Interieur. |

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht immer kompetent. Der Fruhstücksraum, der auch gleichzeitig Restaurantraum sein soll. Er ist sehr unpersönlich und kalt. |
