Staff were without exception welcoming and friendly. No hidden extras to pay for, very convenient drive from Frankfurt airport. Location is not scenic, but fine for a stop-over or commute into Frankfurt.

nice service , good prices , perfect food , nice chef !! install some Channels to your TV with English language.. all the programms are German and if you dont speak the language you have no alternatives.

Fantastic restaurant, breakfast. Vary nice staff. Free internet and parking. Quiet are despite that the airport is very close. Localisation is rather on the edge of the town. If you want to go out somwhere you are forced to use only hotel restaurant. Is more like rural area. Internet also could be more reliable (to slow).

For business trip it was perfectly located, for other travellers this might differ. Room was clean, dinner was good as breakfast. For a stop over a good hotel High Speed Internet was not high speed but low speed

Excellent location for stopover while traveling in Germany. Good clean rooms and facilities, fee (limited) minibar and wifi. Free complete breakfast. Hotel is located at an industrial area, but ok for travel. Wifi was very slow.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht, bemüht zu wirken. Es wurde mir, auf Nachfrage, ein Rabatt von 20% oder 16 Euro pro Zimmer und Nacht gewährt, weil der Internetzugang nicht funktioniert hat. Das ist guter Service. Der wlan Anschluss hat nicht funktioniert, da das Internet ausgefallen ist. Es wurde versucht zu helfen und den Internetzugang neu hochzufahren, aber es hat nicht geklappt. Nachgefragt wurde bei mir nie, ob das Problem behoben ist. Man hat mich, schlussendlich, mit dem Problem alleine gelassen. Weiters waren keine Bademäntel verfügbar, da das Hotel diesen Service nicht anbietet. Dies obwohl es in booking.com angeboten und bestellt wurde. Hier liegt ein Fehler von booking.com vor.

Sauber, komfortabel, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, kostenlose Minibar Internetverbindung ist miserabel. Mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsinternet wird geworben und nicht mal Edge Standard wird erreicht. Jede Verbindung bricht nach wenigen Augenblicken ab. Für jemanden der abends noch Vorbereitungen treffen muss ist das absolut inakzeptabel.
