It's a quiet hotel though it is located in very central Cologne. Very helpful staff. during the fair time, it's a little bit expensive. |

very nice hotel , central location, easy access by transportations, lots of restaurants & shop around. a bit aged need a renovation but we can see the hotel level 5 star minimum, recommend very much WIFI not available. cannot connect to the web, even that they have WIFI network |

I greatly enjoyed the mere fact that this hotel had blinds that when put down the room was completely dark. Secondly, the shower is excellent with an amazing amount of pressure. Third, the location of this hotel in relation to the City Center it excellent. Everything is within walking distance from the Hotel. |

The only good point: Easy access with car.. and Internet access in the room. Where to start? It's been an awful experience. 1st they did not respect my reservation for a NON smoking room.. had to change room. They put me in a """suite""" which was very basic and nothing spectacular. Bed was bad, pillow too soft, not enough lighting in bathroom, no safe, telephone was not working. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. It was my second stay and I would go back. The fitness room is quite small and breakfast is not included in the price which is unusual for a business hotel in Germany. Other than that cannot complain. |
