In a very busy part of the city, the rooms in this hotel remain
very peaceful.

Accessible and very close to the old city centre. Nice view of Cologne's cathedral from our room.

We asked for non-smoking rooms, however, the rooms smelled of smoke.

Clean rooms and very personal & good service. Every request was
immidiately, responded.

We liked every thing' the only thing, is that such a group of 17 people
arriving late to the hotel, we expected the keys to be ready the
soonest, that's why we ordered with exact details of the requested rooms
(dbl, singl etc )

The location was great. most of the restaurants and bars are right within walking distance and major attractions are a short cab ride or metro ride away.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, courteous and helpful staff

Breakfast was too expensive, iron in room never heated up completely, tiles in the bathtub could stand to be replaced

very well situated and great personal.

incredible price of breakfast: 20 € not value for money!! Sauna (dry)you need to pay a part 9€ - never heard before! its always free use for customers in every hotel. Pool was free!
