The location, The friendly staff, the cleanness of the rooms, the varied TV Channels, and the swimming pool :-) There was Cologne Marathon on that Sunday morning, which was very noisy.. but you might not encounter this problem when there,, be sure not to stay in that hotel in case there is a Marathon!! .. The internet connection was free but I had some problems to connect to their WiFi network without their help... finally, got connected and the speed was just fine. |

although it was a hotel in the busy streets, it didn't bothered me in my bedroom. that was good. nice staff, good hotel. i didn't like it that my little daughter wasn't welcome in the swimming pool. and i didn't like it that i had to pay a lot of money for the parking of the hotel. in Holland that is for free!!!! |

I stayed in your hotel only for 1 night, coming late in the evening and leaving in the morning. But I visit Cologne on regular basis due to the business issues and now I know that next time I will choose your hotel for my stay in Cologne. |

Very clean, helpful staff, fast lifts, great location Gym is a little claustrophobic and lacking in equipment. Breakfast, although delicious, was quite expensive |

One of the best places we have stayed in. Everything tops. Excellent service, clean, lots of amenities, and super location. We should have stayed there to travel to Aachen and Luxembourg and even Brussels! |
