Situado cerca del Alster, comedor amplio y personal correcto. Relación calidad precio adecuada. Minibar con precios caros, no tienen albornoz, desayuno repetitivo y poco variado. |

Está a 10 min caminando por una calle llena de restaurantes y cafés de la estación central. El acceso a la piscina gratuito y las facilidades de café en la habitación son de agradecer. Te bloquean de la cuenta una cantidad muy superior al precio establecido correspondientes a cargos no consumidos (desayunos, comidas, etc). El personal no ayuda mucho a aclarar dudas. Nos querían cobrar hasta el periódico. |

Good receptionist, arranged reservation well, it was very close to my business meeting office. Silent area in lobby and in room. There was only one tv English channel (cnn), no other choice for english channel, I couldn't find english newspaare (of course I didn't ask). |

There was nothing really that stood out with this hotel.We stayed there last year and it seemed better then but we wouldn't go back again. I asked for a quiet,spacious room.We got a small pokey room (room 451) u couldn't swing a cat in it.space was very tight.The room was also opposite the lift.We asked to be moved but they didn't move us.The room was 119 euro for just the room.It could have included breakfast at that price but didn't.My boyfriend nearly killed himself in the bathroom,it was soooooooooo small.He stooped down while drying himself after a shower and really banged his head against the sink that was jutting out.There wasn't even room in the bathroom to hang a hand towel. I asked for a room with a nice view.we got a view of the car park.We stayed at the nh city hotel in Feldstrasse for 3 night's just before and that was a great hotel for a fraction of the price. |

Breakfast is excellent. They gave us a room with the airco not functioning, which they already knew. We had to argue to get another room, which was only available the next day. |

Great location just 15-20 min. walk from all the shopping and yet in a nice and quiet neighborhood just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Alster-lake. Very nice room and a great bed. Nice and modern interior. Will definately stay here again next time I am in Hamburg. Highly recommendable! |

Good quiet location near "The Alster" and close to the U Bahn for easy access into Hamburg town centre and hafen. The swimming pool, spa and fitness facilities were excellent and very relaxing after a big day of sightseeing. Buffet breakfast was also excellent with a huge variety of both hot & cold dishes. Overall we found the staff to be extremely friendly and most helpful and enjoyed out stay very much !!!!!!! We thought that the parking cost of €21.50 per day was very expensive so instead we had no trouble finding free parking outside the hotel in the street. Also the price of the drinks in the hotel pub were very expensive (about double the price of other pubs in Hamburg !!!!! |

The breakfast was 1st class. It was a pity that the Spa/Pool area was closed between 1300 - 1500hrs...just when we wanted to use it. |

It turned out that all the information we had was correct. Staff spoke good english and were helpfull. Breakfast was very good, and within 25 minutes you walk into the city centre. There could be more english language stations on tv. |

It was close enough to the city centre, and the staff and faciliites were great! It would have been nice getting the room upon checking in (room was still not available) however its was not a huge issue! |

The position was excellent, and this made the Hotel very quiet and relaxing. It was possible to walk to and from the Central station, about 15 minutes, but the local bus was very frequent from across the road. There were also taxis available outside the front door. Nothing whatsoever. |
