Crowne Plaza Heidelberg City Centre  

Breakfast was included with our trip and we found the selection to be very good. The restaurant and bar were clean, staff was friendly, and the food was great. The pool area was also very nice. My wife also had 2 spa treatments, which she very much enjoyed! The shopping and local historical attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The old city area was also very clean. Great trip!

Wireless internet is only available in your room for a fee. It was very costly and also inconvenient to choose which plan to purchase, as we were visiting and at the room at different times during our stay. Would prefer to be able to access at anytime for a lower fee. Especially since I did have some business work to attend to during the stay.

The hotel is simply perfect - the location, the staff, the equipment, the breakfast and dozens of small details that make a big difference. One of the best hotels we have been to and worth every cent of the price. Highly reccommended.

We ate in Bar downstairs and there was one waiter trying to wait on all the tables and do the bar; he did a great job but they needed more staff. The food was delicious; and the beer was great. It just took too long to get served.

The staffs at Crowne Plaza heidelberg were very nice and professional. Room was clean and comfortable.We enjoyed staying there. The pool was very nice, my family enjoyed a lot.

This is a standard corporate hotel with well laid out rooms and ok beds.

It was very disappointing to have to pay for 1) internet, 2) parking and 3)breakfast. It is rare to have to pay extra for all 3 and I will not be staying again because of this.

i Liked the Pillow menu and the tips they give you for getting a good night's sleep in the hotel.

The location was good and the room was quite comfortable. Didn't use any of the facilities. The front desk staff were very polite and professional.

Thehotel was very busy at the time and breakfast was a real bum rush with staff not cleaning off tables quickly enough. Also the shower curtain was useless with the result of a totally flooded bathroom. I cannot understand why hotels of this class still have curtains instead of enclosed shower panels which do a much better job. Why not get rid of the bath and just have a convenient shower stall? How many people use baths these days?

Gois placê to go to kids, staff are gentle with kids, the swimming pool is also a plus in this hotel. I would return again.
