Staff extremely good and helpful. They see to every need. Quiet and comfortable. Had trouble with swipe cards for door. Luxury at a price but worth it. Breakfast fabulous. Sauna broken unfortunately. Too little English TV stations compared to all the other languages. As the price is high I think there should be a lounge away from the reception area which is not necessarily a dark bar or the restaurant but just a lounge for guests to meet friends and relax. |

the staff were friendly and very helpful and the reception area appeared very grand. The hotel did not have the correct detail of our booking.They were expecting one person instead of to adults and a child. The room was extremely small and shabby, the carpet in places was thread bear. The beds were comletely unacceptable with a duvet that was very small. My husband and I slept in the same bed but had a duvet each.This is not what I expect from a four star hotel. |

Genau das richtige für eine BusinessTrip Übernachtung ohne besondere Anforderungen, an Bahnhof-zentraler Lage, mit sehr gutem Frühstücks-Buffet ab 6 Uhr morgens. |

Modern luxe hotel met ruime kamers en grote bedden. Goed ontbijtbuffet.Eigen afgesloten parkeergarage onder het hotel. Op loopafstand van de Altstadt. Zoals de meeste hotels in het buitenland zijn er volop televisiezenders 35 tot 40 zenders is geen probleem, de hele wereld is te zien,franse,italiaanse,spaanse,duitse,japanse en in dit hotel 4 arabische zenders, helaas geen enkele nederlandse zender, iets wat toch eenvoudig intestellen is. |

Er wordt alert gereageerd op problemen Het tapijt in de kamer was echt aan vernieuwing toe!!! De vloer onder het tapijt laat volgens mij ook helemaal los en voelt erg vervelend onder je voeten allemaal hubbels en bubbels!! |

Wiesbadenでの滞在にはBestのホテルです。時々料金が高くなってしまって利用できないですが、- 可能な限りこのホテルにしています。また、JSTVが見れるのもいいです。 |

Zentrale Lage für den IRONMAN, Preis-Leistung des Zimmers Hallenbad Wellness geschlossen, obwohl der Bereich gemäss Öffnungszeiten hätte geöffnet sein müssen. Parkplätze unverhältnismässig teuer. Am Wochenende besser andere Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Etwas lange Wartezeit in der Bar, obwohl praktisch keine Gäste da waren. |

Poloha v centru města, blizkost parků, nákupní zony. Jednoduchý přístup, garáž Rezervace nebyla dodržena. Na dvoulůžkový pokoj pro dva byl připraven pokoj pro jednoho. Změna pokoje znamenala značnou změnu ceny. |

zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit der Angestellten am Empfang und der Frühstückservice, Hilfe bei Restaurantsuche, Bar, Frühstück welliger Bodenbelag; Farbe des Teppichs (wirkt recht alt); Unfreundlichkeit des MItarbeiters, der mich zum Zimmer begleitet hat, mir aber keine der beiden schweren Taschen abgenommen oder mir zumindest die Tür aufgehalten hat (klatschte vor meiner Nase zu...); im Waschbecken lief das Wasser nicht ab.... |

Achtung viele Jahre nichts an den Zimmern gemacht . Schwarzschimmel an den Fenstern, ekelerregender Teppichboden lose Fußleisten usw, ich wollte nur schnell weg. höchstens 1-2 Sterne vieleicht mal 4 vor 20 Jahren |
