The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The hotel was located in the centre of town in the main shopping area. Both underground stations were within walking distance to the hotel. Some reception staff were rather rude - talking to other staff and in one case talking on the phone whilst serving me. I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool which was rather small and the water was cold. Also surprised that we had to pay extra to use the sauna. |

Staff were friendly and professional. Centrally located and within walking distance to most tourist destinations and public transport. They need to check crockery more regularly for chips and cracks and remove such items from use, being a large concern, small things need extra attention. |

The breakfast buffet is very good. The gym zone is OK, even he pool is small. The pool floor-tiles looks old and gray . |

Just what you would expect from the Crowne Plaza, a Top class service. Would go back anytime. More English Channels available on the Hotel TV service. |
