good in every details, just like other crowne plaza hotels!

This is an excellent hotel where we would stay again. The location is perfect for shopping or sightseeing. Staff is super friendly, responsive and efficient. The lobby restaurant food comes from the same kitchen as their fine dining restaurant and is excellent if you are too tired for a more formal dinner. We had a super stay at a very reasonable cost.

The bathtub is very high and you have to get into it for the shower. That may be difficult for some elderly people. However, I would ask if they have rooms with other set-ups too. Perhaps not all have the high tub.

Perhaps the facility can password protect their wifi. Instead of leaving it unlocked and not telling you that you will be charged.

Very peaceful and comfy Hotel it is very suitable for families with kids the Hotel very close to Berlin Zoo and Aquarium, same to biggest shoping mall KeDeWe....... I love it! .....

The room was spacious and the staff both friendly and helpful. It was very central and breakfast was excellent.

The room was to hot No bath in room for disabled which was a shame as it meant that as a wheelchair user I could get a wash. A walk in shower is no good when you get around on an electric wheelchair as electrics and water don't mix well! There was also a step into the bathroom which made it impossible for me to get in and out od easily. Strip washes in the bedroom are not what I expected

Great location and the breakfast was really tasty.

Pool was a tad cool and you had to pay 7.5 euro if you wanted to use the sauna.

It is quite clear that the hotel has been built a long time ago and that some investment is needed. For example front door do not turn easily.

Friendly reception. Clean, comfortable room. Good choice/quality at breakfast. Easy access to transport.

We chose the hotel for its central location, close to the Zoological Garden and shopping areas. The staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very clean and confortable, despite the old style furniture. There was tea and coffee provided in the room which was very welcoming due to the cold weather outside.

We booked a room with one large double bed but they provided 2 single beds stuck together
