Location of hotel is excellent with 24-hour taxi service outside door and walking distance to train station. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and the hotel was very comfortable and relaxing. |

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and a fantastic breakfast. Location is good for shopping the big high street but not for other more interesting parts of the city. However, it is close to the subway so it is easy to get around. |

I liked its location most of all because it was very close to good restaurants, to the Zoo, to KA DE WE, to public transportation. I liked the size of the bedroom and bathroom. Yes, although most of the staff was gentle some were rude. In two different situations I could pinpoint such behaviour. One was that I paid for the hotel in cash and in advance and when I checked out I was presented another amount which corresponded to one more day at the hotel . I explained the lady that changes had been made and that I had a receipt but she couldn´t care less. Her system said the truth and I lied (in her opinion) - Then after a lot of comings and goings she concluded I was telling the truth and even though she couln´t say she was sorry. I felt very bad. And they said I was a member of an elite in the hotel. Imagine if I hadn´t been ... |

The hotel was excellent overall. The staff were pleasant and courteous at all times. The breakfast menu each morning was superb, and the location of the hotel was great. We particularly appreciated the work of the turn-down people each night! Also, the newspaper delivered to the room each morning was a great start to the day. Danke! |

Practically everything.The location is the most amazing,breakfast is extreemly abbundant,house keeping excellent and staff most friendly and helpfull.Dont waste time looking for a hotel in Berlin just book this and you will not regret it. Very small thing.the pillows are too soft :) |

the location was excellent for our purpose, seeing all the historical sites followed by some retail therapy in the evenings at Kadawe right beside the hotel. staff were excellent-very friendly and breakfast was superb. room temp was too warm despite setting aircon to lowest control and bathroom (excellent though it was) did not smell fresh |

wouldnt normally stay in a chain hotel but the deal was so good. In fact it was perfect for a snowy cold 3 nights in berlin as it was so warm and welcoming. Breakfast, which was included, was very good too. |

We enjoyed the very beautiful Christmas decorations and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that was presented to us. The staff was very kind and spoke English and German. The Breakfast that was included with our stay was very delicious and had a great variety of food to choose from.The hotel room was very excellent. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the deep, relaxing bathtub. |

The location was very convenient and it was good to use the pool and sauna after a day sightseeing. The staff were efficient but not friendly. It does not represent good value for money and I thought they were poor in their facilities in the room - a single bottle of water which was provided on the first night was not replaced on subsequent nights. For an international hotel it is not acceptable that there are very few TV channels available in any language other than german. The charges for english language channels were very high. Charges for use of the internet were also too expensive. |
