Great location, just near the beginning of KUDAM street. Rich breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel No free wi-fi in the rooms, only two free internet computers at the lobby for the whole hotel.

Great central location, newly revamped rooms, bar & reception areas. Good overall facilities. In-house movies totally overpriced. All bar drinks overpriced. Some bar female staff not friendly. Room airconditioning noisy. No milks provided in rooms for tea / coffee.

The location of the Hotel is very good. It is in the center of West Berlin near the Kurfurstendumm shopping area, the zoo and the Ka-De-We shopping store. It is about 20 minutes taxi drive from Tegel airport with a taxi cost of 15-20 euros. I find this hotel a great value for under 100 euros and it offers exactly what should one expect from a four star hotel. The room is very clean it has everything you need, confortable bed and pillows and very quiet. The restaurant is very good if you like stake and the breakfast is quite complete. There is also a nice bar if you wish to try some German beer. You have to buy a card in order to use the computer and you have to pay in order to use the Sauna. But I have to admit that the did not charge me for either since I used them for a very short time.

Great location, big rooms Got woken up twice before 8am by the maid to make the room! Breakfast was very mediocre, poor selection, the scramble eggs where a block that you needed to cut into to serve yourself. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable.

Polite, efficient and friendly staff. Room was clean. Excellent breakfast which set us up for the day. Great location for walking, sightseeing and catching the tour boat and buses. The only dissappointment was to find that our room had two single beds which were very small. Otherwise everything was perfect.

It was our first visit to Berlin. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza Berlin. The hotel was extremely comfortable and welcoming. It was very central and all sights were within easy access. We would recommend the hotel to friends and have already done so.

The location is great and so is the hotel - its staff is very helpful. It was within walking distance of the main shopping areas besied some of the historical landmarks. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. Would surely go back again. I wish they make the internet free, tough I enjoyed this services being a Priority Club member. Most hotels in this price category do offer free internet.

As a group of friends (8) we stayed 3 nights at the Crowne Plaza. A very nice and friendly Hotel. Well positioned for Transport links, Shops , Food and Bars. All staff vey pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast choice was very good.Would highly recomend.

The hotel is good value for money, the breakfast was exellent, the staff friendly and supportive. The room was comfortable and we used the swimming pool twice a day. It is very well located in terms of public transport and the famous Berlin zoo is across the road.

I lilked the location of the Crowne Plaza Berlin. The staff were friendly. I thought it was expensive to use the internet. We were charged 12.50 each time we logged onto the internet on our iphones and we were not told that it would cost that much. I think that should be highlighted to guests staying in the hotel that are not on business.

it is a smart elegant hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. The night was quiet - so we had a good night sleep. excellent location with good U bahn and S Bahn connections to Berlin mitte and Schoenefeld airport (10 mins walk). We took the airport express and were at the airport in 30 mins for 3 Euros.Close by there are plenty of shops of all kinds from the every day shops to the more expensive elite shops. The location is very central yet quiet even on a Friday and Saturday night. No wifi in the room. Some of the staff at reception are not that fluent in English and not that well mannered either. The cleaners do not knock before entering the room and we were still in bed when they came in to clean at 9am in the morning. Views from the bedroom were a bit disappointing too - large car park is all we could see from the window.
