かつて喫煙ルームだったと思われる部屋を最初割り当てられたが、室内に染み付いた煙草の匂いがあまりにきつ- く、交換をお願いし、換えてもらった。そのおかげで非常に快適に過ごすことができた。ロケーションが抜群に- 良く、観光も食事も買い物も十分楽しめた。 |

Locationが良くて、アクセスしやすかったです。 Room keeperが何度も訪れてきて、後から掃除してください、と伝えても、また違った方が部屋を開けてきたの- で、困りました。 |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The hotel was located in the centre of town in the main shopping area. Both underground stations were within walking distance to the hotel. Some reception staff were rather rude - talking to other staff and in one case talking on the phone whilst serving me. I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool which was rather small and the water was cold. Also surprised that we had to pay extra to use the sauna. |

Staff were friendly and professional. Centrally located and within walking distance to most tourist destinations and public transport. They need to check crockery more regularly for chips and cracks and remove such items from use, being a large concern, small things need extra attention. |

Good location for shopping. Stayed on their execetive floor. Did not feel there was anything execetive about it. Bathrooms were definately not execetive. |
