Şehir merkezinde, bazı gezilecek yerlere ve alışverişmerkezlerine yakın (Yürüme mesafesi). Ulaşım araçlarına yakın. Kahvaltı büfesi farklı ülkelerden misafirleri ağırlayacak çeşide sahip. Restoranda çeşit çok olmakla birlikte kalite için aynı şeyi söylemek zor. Bunun nedeni mutfak personelinin iyi çalışmamasından ziyade alım satımın ucuz sebzeye yönelmesi gibi görünüyor. |

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful.the room standard was excellent. The bar food in the evening was very good. Most of all the breakfast was outstanding and provided a sound basis for a good day exploring Berlin..we would be very happy to stay in the Crowne Plaza again. No. Everything was superb. |

Breakfast is great. The room is very comfortable and the location is good for shopping. in order to move inside Berlin you can use the U@ near by however, to extend your travel you need to walk 10 minutes to the S bahn at the Zoo. in rainy days it is not that comfortable. taxi station is located near the hotel |

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The hotel was located in the centre of town in the main shopping area. Both underground stations were within walking distance to the hotel. Some reception staff were rather rude - talking to other staff and in one case talking on the phone whilst serving me. I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool which was rather small and the water was cold. Also surprised that we had to pay extra to use the sauna. |

Staff were friendly and professional. Centrally located and within walking distance to most tourist destinations and public transport. They need to check crockery more regularly for chips and cracks and remove such items from use, being a large concern, small things need extra attention. |
