Location - very close to the central station, big enough room which is always clean. Flexible hotel staffs -- I was not able to see one specific TV channel which was critical for me and called the receptionist. she immediately took action and had the technical staff to fix the issue. I always end up staying long at this hotel as it's so comfortable and convenient.. at the end of my stay I start feeling that the breakfast can have a little more variety but with this price and location, I would not complain at all. |

The hotel is close to the railways station, this is good for visiting the city using the public transportation that are free for hotel guests. The rooms on the road side are noisy due to trams running since early in the morning |

Excellent staff at the reception, spoke English very well and gave us tips on sightseeing. Great for the free transport pass, welcome fruit basket and complimentary bottled mineral water. Just 2 minutes from the train station, great location and easy to find. Buffet breakfast is excellent, fresh and tasted really nice. There is a sex shop right next to the hotel. |

It is very close to the main train station so transport to other cities is excellent It is not in a good area. Felt dangerous to walk outside after dark. |

The short distance to the main train station. The free transportation card that the hotel offers the guest during their stay. The excellent breakfast. The room didn't have air conditioning and when the windows were open there were a lot of noise coming from outside. |

Everything was very well prepared, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly & spoke good English. The breakfast was fine. The internet works and is free. They leave you a complimentary bottle of water, which is a nice touch. Initially the location of the hotel is a little worrying (there is a strip club very near by) but actually it is very tame and very close to the city center and train station so no need to worry. |

A HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY EVEN WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOTEL AT MIDNIGHT.A ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN.BREAKFAST WARE WONDERFUL.YOU WOULD GET A PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET FOR FREE FROM THE HOTEL. |

It is close to the station, city centre, restauants and entertainment. Also got a complimentary ticket to use all public transport free of charge. Real good alue for money. |

The hotel is quite clean. The location is good, 5 mins walking from the train station. The breakfast is very nice. They also supply a free public transportation card, which I didn't use but can be very useful. The internet didn't work when I stayed. There is no hot water in the shower around 10pm. |
