I was very pleased. Staff extremely nice (thanks for everything!), very clean, good location - it is 5 minutes by car from Kurfürstendamm, yet quiet, and free parking is no problem, good floor heating, large LCD TV, great bathroom with Jacuzzi. Value for money very, very good. This house is highly recommended! No breakfast |

Horrible location. Absent staff. We could never find anyone! There is a telephone on the front desk to call the staff but no one ever answered. We couldn't even check out because the hotel was unmanned! No one to answer questions or even take our payment. We ended up leaving with no receipt....no check out....nothing. Terrible location! Worst location ever! |

The rooms were big and clean and warm. The area is mainly residential, so it is quite quiet. When we went there was no one at reception and we had to call a number´, but we only got an answer about 15 minutes later.When we wanted to check out (check out was between 8-10, it was 9.30) again there was no one there and we were told they wouldn´t come for anothe rhour.We had to make the payment to the cleaning lady, who only spoke German. Also, the apartments are quite far from the centre, you need to change 2 transportation means, so you need at least 30 mins to get to any interest point. |

Plenty of room, pleasant design and colors, quiet even though close and thus easy to reach via autobahn, kitchen well equipped, nice sauna for a few coins, jacuzzi not worth the coins. Satellite TV good, but no instructions how to turn the devices on or off or how to change stations easily. It was not clear that suite means no service, the few towels were not changed in four days. A few hooks in the large bathroom and a few more towels to hang up would do wonders. Jacuzzi is too weak, sauna much better. S-bahn strike made the trip to town much longer. |

Well equipped apartment for family stay (deluxe room). Easy access to U and S bahn. Free parking. I suggest to change current and provide new towels and bed linen, including shapeless pillows. Accessories in bathroom for hanging towels and dresses are needed. |

Relatively quite location a little off-center. Time to next station around 15 minutes so bring your walking shoes to get to the U-Bahn. A more central location would have meant more noise, more costs and no free parking. This place is ideal for those looking to get away from the hectic of KuDamm. Please put some shelves and more towel racks in the bathroom! |

The room was clean, spacious, and a good price. There was no one in reception when we arrived, it took about 30 minutes to find someone, to find out that our key was simply left in the door. If there was Internet access, I till don't know how we were supposed to access it. There was no wireless service in the apartment. |

The apartment is very comfortable. It was composed by 1 bed room, 1 big kitchen with 2 sofas/beds, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. TV set and DVD with SAT was great. Underground train was a 7 minutes walk away. All was very good but 1 things was to improve (as already told to the manager): Internet was only in the public area. |

Very nice place to stay ! Da Vinci Suites in Berlin was kept in an excellent condition. Check in was easy. The amenities and the furnishings in the room were quite pleasant. Staff were excellent ! |

The apartments were clean, warm and very roomy. We had no contact with any staff during our stay. As apartments, laundry facilities would be handy or at least some drying facility - there is plenty of room. Some local area maps; kitchen cleaning products (to wash with). Its really quite a long way from Berlin City Centre and not a lot locally. |

The facilities were clean and very quiet. I was visiting Berlin with my sister, brother-in-law, and 14 month old nephew. The suites were very spacious and had plenty of room to fit a playpen for my nephew to sleep in at night. About a 10 minute drive from all the major touring sites of downtown. I would highly recomend this place to anyone, and I would definately stay there again. Not once in the two days that my party and I were there, did we see any type of hotel staff. If you want to use the internet, be sure you take all of your internet cords due to the room not being completely wireless. Take your own towels as they only give you two for three adults. |

The room was very clean, effecient, and a short walk to the U Bahn (subway). The room was not ready for us until after 6 pm. We arrived after 3 pm were asked to return an hour and half later in order to allow the room to be prepared. We complied and still had wait until it was finally completed. Later, another family arrived at the building with reservations, but were not able to contact anyone on the staff to get their room; they had to find another place for the night. |

Well equippped, clean and comfortable apartments in a quiet street witihin 10 minutes of 3 U-/S-Bahn stations. About 30 minutes to Ku'Damm or Alexanderplatz. Lack of any resident staff - the virtual reception area was a little disconcerting - particularly on arrival. |

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Bad hatte sogar Sauna (gegen Entgeld). Fernseher und DVD-Spieler vorhanden. Küchenzeile vorhanden (auch mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher).Empfang zwar meist nicht besetzt, aber telefonisch nach meiner Erfahrung immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. |

Sehr schön ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral; Keine Probleme bei der Parkplatzsuche; Schöner Whirlpool; Fußbodenheizung angenehm Es war bei der Anreise nur schwer jemand erreichbar; Die Zimmer wurden in 7 Tagen nicht gesäubert; Man hat nur auf Anfrage frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier erhalten; Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände waren defekt und unvollständig; Die versprochene Sauna war nicht vorhanden |

Sehr saubere, große und schön eingerichtete, sowie gut ausgestatte Zimmer. Küche und Badezimmer waren ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Leider wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der Whirpool kostenpflichtig ist! Im Automaten für den Whirpool werden nur 2 Euro Münzen angenommen (wir hatten es leider nicht passend und musste nach einer Wechselmöglichkeit such). Für 2 Euro bekommt man 10 Minuten. |

Uitstekende locatie, metro's in de buurt, rustig gelegen en veel comfort.Komen zeker terug bij Da Vinci Suites. Niet echt van toepassing, maar bij aankomst geen receptie aanwezig, toen even gebeld met booking.com, die hadden het binnen 3 minuten opgelost met de eigenaar. Helemaal TOP. |
