I thought the hotel was in a great location with a 5min walk to the English Gareten, several galleries and 10min walk to Marien Platz. The staff were friendly and I arrived with a car and paid only 12euro day for parking. They only have about 5 spots so call to reserve in advance. When I arrived they had forgotten I reserved a spot but they accomodated me. There were also parking garages all throughout the city. There was a nice small Italien coffee shop next door to the hotel and a Thai restaurant down the street very reasonable. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel that cost extra so can't comment on it. This is a no frills, very basic hotel and for the price I can't complain. Safe area. Bathroom was very clean and room very clean. The beds were very uncomfortable and my back was hurting because the mattress had no support and sagged. The lobby of the hotel and hallways were very shabby looking and run down but kept in order and clean. The hotel has not been updated in decades it seems but for the price and location I would stay there again. You get what you pay for. |

Quiet place, close to the English Garden and pretty close (10-15min) to the main railway station and MarienPlatz. For 40eu it is quite old (furniture, etc), shower and toilet are on the floor, wireless internet works in the lobby only, breakfast and parking cost too much. But may be it is because of Munich. |

It was situated quite close to the citycenter which was our primair choice. A little bit pricey compared to quality but at the time the well known "oktoberfest" was going on in Munchen so then it is reasanable. |

Relative to other locations close to the city centre the price was very reasonable. Munich is an expensive city! The internet did not connect and had a very low signal the whole time we were at the hotel. |

The location was great for why we were there. It was also located close to the U Bahn. Breakfast was a bit overpriced. |

It was a small but perfectly comfortable room. Very clean, small but nice bathroom and everything worked just fine. Staff was very nice. They've got wireless internet, but it has a weak signal and you could only get it in the hotel lobby, not in your room unless you were on one of the lowest floors. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pleasant location, especially if you are interested in visiting the important museums of the city. Fittings and furniture should be modernized! |

Great location; most of the staff friendly and helpful After my first night at the hotel, one of the male staff members was extremely rude and unhelpful to me, a single female traveler. |

Centrally and conveniently located in a not too busy side road with cafes, restaurants and a few shops. In walking distance to Engl. Garden and city centre. Room size okay, bathroom very spacious and modern. Friendly, helpful staff. Downside: Thin walls make you hear every sound from the aisle and rooms next door; matrasses very worn and way too soft to be comfortable. |

Good responding and supporting staff, clean rooms, located close to city centre, especially to museums and university. due to its location in the city centre the rooms to the street are slightly loud but luckily it is not a main traffic avenue |
