The location for oktoberfest was amazing. The staff were happy to look after our bags after we checked out, and when returning to pick up our bags, staff were accommodating letting us use toilets and get ready for the next leg of our journey. The payment for the room was taken out a month early, I tried contacting the hotel but the reception man couldnt speak english. Emailed the hotel and wasnt until I sent a more demanding email that I got a response that only stated the the money was put back into my account. No apology. slight mould in shower and screen was off its rollers. expected a slightly better room, they are nothing like the pictures on internet and the floor slopes alot, feeling like u could fall through. no full length mirror. although area close to walk to oktoberfest, i wouldnt stay for any other reason, unless your into strip clubs which are on every street leading to the hotel.

It was a terrible experience, I've never think about a german hotel (situated in Munchen) to offer such a horrible environment: insecure, bathroom of 1 square meter size, no bath tube, wash bown in the room and not in bathroom (where there's not enough space), flooring made by laminate with half of a centimeter space between tiles, windows not closing fairly - so noise is always present within the room, etc.

The part where we checked out!! The rooms are small and disgusting, the shower is actually in the bedroom! The two nights we slept there, we didn't get any sleep due to the loud noises outside, the police sirens and groups of guys yelling outside. When we asked to be moved to a room away from the main street, staff were unhelpful... And the second day we had no light and they would not fix it! Dont bother with the breakfast... It's stale bread and filthy meat!

Short walk to the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful. No Wifi! It's a little loud on the street and the area isn't the best - but this is where most of the Munich hotels are.

The buffet breakfast is very rich. The reception is good and generous. The hotel and room is very old. Their location is close to the main station but situate in the red district. However, it did not harm if you go back to hotel not too late. Next corner has a construction that make a very lound noise when you open the window. By the way, they have supermarkets near the hotel and it is very easily to get some stuff.

I liked it's location, but the room was very basic, even lacking soap! The building site next door started work at 5 in the morning. There was no hair dryer or wifi.

The hotel is very good. We liked everything: the price, good location, polite and great staff, existence of different shops and snack bars, closeness to transport stations. Everything was good.

We booked this hotel as it is close to train station, and fortunately arrived before dark, otherwise, the surrounding is a bit insecure. There is a supermarket quite close and convenient. The facility is soso, but the breakfast is ok. Surrounding is insecure, staff is not that helpful

The hotel was convenient for the train station and my room was large and very clean. The hotel is in the red light district, so if you feel uncomfortable with this I wouldn't book here.

Breakfast buffet at 7am caters for all needs including those who seek a brunch. Location and proximity to main rail station. An eclectic mix of shops, selling gold, silver, it and arab foodstuffs, in addition to other more racier outlets not visited. Not a location for the family on holiday, local Lidl and Aldi will help any backpacker or hotel guest seeking a room at a budget. Recent refurbishment is partial, excludes bathroom and cleaning of high ceiling rooms needs to address cobwebs. Lift is small. Shudders between some floors and the general decor in the public areas needs attention. Door is secure despite appearance and the bathroom in 216 requires attention - broken glass in shower door, cracked on another partition, plastic light cover above sink cracked, shower head clip broken / needs a new one. Curtains had some staining and the tv could not be smaller. It is a functional room, absence of Internet connectivity of any sort when charging €90 is a scandal. This is clearly a budget hotel whose price ceiling is €70 inc Mwst / vat living off its breakfasts and location. Alternatives exist.

The hotel located very near the station and historical area. No problems with my family. The situation around the hotel was very common in a big city, not so bad.

The best part was the breakfast. And the location was very close to the train station, but in the red light district, so it was very noisy. There was not much lighting, and the hotel room looked onto a busy street. We needed to open the window since it was too warm in the room, and the noise did not allow us to sleep much. Also some parts of the room were renovated, but others looked really old and dirty. We had to repair the toilet multiple times, since the flusher was not working properly.

great location ( very close to both the train station and the city center) and breakfast! good enough for a 2 day stay. The shower was placed in the room outside the toilet. We could hear noise from the other rooms and the maid while she was cleaning.

Hotel is well located which is 3 minutes walk from main train station. Hotel staff is helpful and flexible to change bigger room for us after we have extended our stay. Generally, the hotel is value for money considering the good location. Bathroom is with broken door and too small. Breakfast area is a little cramp when it is crowded with hotel guest.

The room was clean and a good place to stay for a budget traveler. Definitely not a place for families! Coming from the train station at night the street you have to walk down is very sketchy! Strip clubs with half dressed girls all over, definitely a seedy section of town. Hotel is clean but very small Tower of Terror elevator, creepy stairs, shower next to your bed and super tiny closet with toilet. You can probably find better for the price! Clean is the only thing going for it!
