Wenn ich nicht Geschäftlich unterwegs wäre, die umgegung und Hotel ist so schön. Direkt zum See und mit der S-Bahn ist Berlin einfach zu erreichen. Internet funktionierte nicht Licht bei Kofferablage fehlt, man muss sein Koffer abends woanders hinstellen, wenn man etwas bracht.

Wenig. Außer der schönen Lage am See entsprach der Standard niemals dem eines 4-Sterne Hotels! Zimmer: Schmutziger Teppichboden mit vielen Flecken, kein Zimmertresor, keine Minibar, der Fernseher war sehr klein und veraltete. Der Parkplatz: zu klein, wir mussten an der Strasse parken Frühstück: Minimal, zum Teil waren das frische Obst vergriffen, der servierte Kaffee war nur lauwarm

Schönes Hotel am Rande Berlins und am Däeritz-See. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung Berlins kennen zu lernen. Genauso aber auch unsere Hauptstadt. Mit der Bahn sind Sie in nicht ganz 30 Minuten im Herzen Berlins. Qualitativ besonders zu erwähnen ist der Service in allen Bereichen und die wirklich sehr gute Küche ! Es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Besuch im Seehotel !!

Der Service an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet am Samstagmorgen war sehr gut. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Am Sonntagmorgen gab es Frühstück á la carte, da nur 6 Hausgäste frühstücken wollten. Hier war die Servicekraft etwas überfordert. Orangensaft und Lachs wurde nach Aufforderung gebracht. Auf Milch zum Kaffee und Salz zum gekochten Ei mussten wir lange warten. Der Service wäre hier verbesserungsfähig.

Abendessen und Frühstück Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer (ein Appartment im Erdgeschoss) stank nach Kloake und wurde von uns nicht akzeptiert. Ein Hotelhausmeister versuchte mittels aufgestellter Ventilatoren den Gestank zu vertreiben, gab nach kurzer Zeit jedoch auf und uns wurde ermöglicht das große Appartment gegen ein kleines aber wohlriechendes Doppelzimmer zu tauschen. Dies dauerte jedoch insgesamt eine Stunde und man war uns nicht mit dem Gepäck behilflich. Abends erhielten wir ein Glas Sekt aufs Haus.

Die Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht zum DämeritzerSee. Das ausreichende Frühstück,welches man auch im Außenbereich, direkt am See genießen kann. Das Abendessen im Restaurant,zwar teuer,aber mit einer kostenlosen Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels,was die Geschmacksnerven sehr anregt. Fahrradverleih lief ohne Probleme,sehr angenehme rückenschonende mit gut gepolsterte Sitzen ausgestattete Fahrräder. Gute Fahrradwege. Das Personal war Freitag und Samstag sehr überlastet. Beim Check in wurden nur die Schlüssel ausgegeben. Keine Info zum Hotel,Frühstück,Fahrradverleih,Zimmer... Saunabesuch im Hotel musste 30min angekündigt werden,jedoch hat das Personal und 2 mal vergessen.Als Entschuldigung gab es ein Getränk des Hauses.Wellnessmassagen konnte für das We nicht gebucht werden,da die hausexterne Masseurin nicht konnte.
