We were upgraded to a penthouse suite with a view od the Baltic when we arrived, which was superb. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help and the food on the half-board menu in the restaurant was fantastic. All in all we had a wonderful stay there. |

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist extrem positiv. Von den guten Cocktails an der Bar über die excellente Küche bis zum entspannenden Spa Bereich mit hervorragenden Anwendungen bleiben keine Wünsche öffen. |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer (1-Raum-Suite) war großzügig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders der 20 Meter lange Pool hat uns vor dem Frühstück sehr gut gefallen. |

Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, eine warme Atmosphäre jedoch die Küche noch etwas verbesserungswürdig. Schön war es, daß man dirket von der Sauna in Ostsee gehen konnte. Es war leider keine Allergikerbettwäsche vorhanden |

Frühstücksbuffet ist extraklasse ! Es gibt ohne Aufpreis alle Arten von Kaffeegetränken dazu ! Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und alles ist noch ziemlich neu. Grosse Dusche. Am ersten Abend bekommt man auf Kosten des Hauses ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Die erste Befüllung der Minibar ist for free - (1 Cola, 1 Bier, 1 Wasser, 1 Apfelschorle). Internetnutzung in der Lobby for free, Inlandstelefongespräche auf Festnetz for free. |

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, heel vriendelijke ontvangst,. De ligging is direkt aan het strand en zee. Mogelijkheid om te fietsen langs de zee. Mooie omgeving. |

Sehr modernes, stilvolles, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Sehr schöne und ruhige SPA-Landschaft, der Strand ist vor der Haustür. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war inklusive und vorzüglich. Begrüßungsdinner, Festnetztelefonate und Erstbefüllung der Minibar waren gratis; insgesamt vom Preis-Leistungs-Verh. perfekt. |

Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles entspricht den angebotenen Leistungen. Sehr viel lärmende Kinder - wohl eher ein Problem der Eltern, die ihren Kindern alles diurchgehen lassen. |

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück Das Bett war eine farce. Zwei zusammengestellte Betten, die dann immer auseinander rutschten, ist für dieses Hotel nicht würdig. Die Badeutensilien wurden nicht erneuert, was eigentlich schon in einem zwei Sterne Hotel selbstverständlich ist. |

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Erholung nahezu pur. Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Es waren einige -zwangsläufig und normal - etwas lautere Kinder im Ruhebereich des Spa. War doch manchmal störend. |

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause. Das Abendessen war vorzüglich, der Service auch, die Gäste waren bunt gemischt, eine sehr lockere Atmosphäre.Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer mit Meerblick war am ersten Tag nicht verfügbar, wir wurden dann ab dem 2.Tag zum gleichen Preis in ein wunderbares großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Ostsee umgebucht, super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. |
