Das Bärenhaus

I was made most welcome and enjoy my brief stay in a very nice hotel which is in a secluded location but only a short walk from the center of Bergen.

a wonderfully spacious, comfortable room with all the facilities i wanted. excellent reception and breakfast provided. i will definitly visit again. highly recomend

Das Barenhaus (The Bear House) is a lovely hotel run by a couple who live on site in a home on the property. I stayed in a beautiful, overly large room (by European standards) with lots of windows, a large bathroom, king size bed, even a small couch! Breakfast was included in my package (for under $100) and was the best I had on a two week trip through three countries: fresh pot of coffee, eggs to order, yogurt, meats, multiple bread and toppings choices, cheese, juices and much more. My host grew up in town (spoke German, of course, and knew all the best places to visit and eat) but also spoke fluent English (due to a large British miliatry base near by). I would highly recommend this hotel - a great value located on a quiet side.

My stay was about as perfect as you can get - no complaints at all.

The atmosphere was good, the service was very friendly and the whole place was very well looked after.

A hotel with a magical atmosphere, friendly hosts, great location in a region with many possibilities.

Bettina and her husband are ultra friendly and were so very helpful in giving us information about the local attractions. The accomodations were perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will certainly be back. She even helped when our car battery died in the morning!

This was the first time ever when I experienced real 5 star customer service at family run hotel. We where staying for a night while travelling around in Germany and where completely satisfied (to be correct it really exceeded our expectations). Town is very small and very nice and cozy. So our family is very thankful and without over promising - we give aaa+++ for this hotel.

We ordered a family room - and there was plenty of space.

We did not Like the 5 percent on top of the price because we paid with Visa. The breakfast was not impressive.

Ein sehr persönliches und herzliches Willkommen! Extrem hundefreundliches Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und trotzdem gemütlich. Das Frühstück war auch klasse. Die ruhige Lage sorgte für erholsamen Schlaf. Absolut zu empfehlen :)

Das einzige, was man vielleicht ändern könnte, wäre ein bisschen Tee und Kaffee beim Wasserkocher - sind wir von anderen Hotels so gewohnt und genießen das auch immer sehr.

Очень далеко от Ганновера, хотя на сайте было указано 50 км. На самом деле оказалось 78 км. Обильный шведский завтрак тоже отсутствует, он скорее всего, европейский "обильный". Ожидания были не оправданы.

Das Bärenhaus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Frühstück wurde genau auf unsere Wünsche abgestimmt und war sehr reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Das Bärenhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert da es durch seine persönliche Note und den hervorragenden Service hervorsticht !!!

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die ganzen bärigen Details. Das Frühstücksbuffet (incl. Bärenwurst). Die netten Leute.

La sistemazione è davvero molto curate, le stanze ampie, confortevoli e pulitissime. La posizione è comoda per visitare le città di Amburgo e Hannover, nonché la costa verso Lubecca. La signora Bettina è stata con noi veramente molto cordiale e gentile, e I suoi suggerimenti ci hanno consentito di visitare anche I luoghi meno noti ma non per questo meno interessanti. Assolutamente da consigliare! The guest house is very nice and the rooms are wide, comfortable and very clean. Not to mention the very accurate "bear style" !! Very lovely! The location is handy to visit the region, and Mrs. Bettina will give you very useful hints to get the most accordingly to you preferences. She will also make your staying very comfortable. This accommodation is really "must" if you are going to visit Lower Saxony.

Ciekawy design (wszędzie misie pod każdą postacią). Właścicielka - bardzo pomocna I sympatyczna, źródło informacji o lokalnych atrakcjach na każdy temat. Znakomita meksykańska restauracja Desperados niecałe 100m. od hotelu: znakomite jedzenie, świetna obsługa (mówią po polsku :) I dobre ceny. 30 km. Od hotelu świetny park rozrywki Heide Park.

Ļoti jauka saimniece. Lieliskas brokastis. Plaši numuriņi. Pagalma lapene vakara sarunām. Interesants dizains caurvīts ar lāču tamatiku. Mazām meitenēm noteikti patiks.

Et fantastisk lille familiehotel - tro mod sit koncept - et rigtigt bamsehotel! Værten er imødekommende og man føler sig som hjemme. Virkeligt anbefalelsesværdigt

La chambre pour 4 personnes est trés grande et trés confortable. Excellente nuit (trés calme) et les enfants ravis de se retrouver dans un cadre chaleureux et amusant avec tous ces ours. Le petit déjeuner fut trés bon et l'accueil excellent.
