I liked the very clean design. The supply of dishes, cutlery etc. in our family room were not replenished after we used them. As well the convenience articles in the bathroom. The coffee machine in the lounge was not working. The choices at the breakfast buffet were limited and the same every morning. |

It is in a residential neighborhood outside of the city. It was an extremely quiet and restful place to stay. |

Beautiful guest house, near park and Elb shores (green surroundings). The room's furniture is minimal but design and neat. The free coffee machine and the service are definitive plus. It is a pity that the walls of the rooms didn't beneficiate of a correct soundproofing at renovation. You almost don't hear a thing from the street in this quiet neighbourhood, but, unfortunately, you do hear the tv sets, cellphones tones and other bathroom noises from the room next door. |

ruhige Lage, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, nette und gemütliche Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Zimmer sind eher klein und es fehlt in den Zimmern ein Tisch, um was abzustellen etc. |

Das Gästehaus ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sowie das Elbufer, an dem man verweilen kann. Der Service war gut; die Mitarbeiter stehts freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren zwar ein wenig klein, aber dennoch ausreichend für einen Wochenendtrip. Der Preis ist unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz angemessen. Alles in Allem war es dennoch eine schöne Zeit im Gästehaus! |

Im Hotel gibt es: WLAN-Zugang, kostenloses Telefonieren, ständig firscher Kaffee / Kakao / Tee und Obst. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Nur 10 Min. Fußweg zur S-Bahn in die Innenstadt. Die Brot- / Brötchenauswahl hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können (mehr Vollkorn). Tageslicht im Frühstücksraum wäre schön gewesen. |

Jederzeit ansprechbare und überaus kompetente und sehr bemühte Hotelmitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt des Gastes über das normale Maß hinaus angenehm machen. |

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchte den Lounge-Bereich - immer frisches Obst, Kaffee oder Tee in netter Umgebung! Auch die Lage des Hotels zwischen alten Villen ist sehr schön. |

das Gästehaus war gut bei Booking beschrieben, wir genossen die ruhige Lage in der Nähe eines Parkes, das Zentrum von Hamburg war trotzdem schnell mit der S-Bahn erreichbar, sehr aufmerksamer Service ( kostenloser Kaffee- Teeservice), kostenlose Telefonflatrate für die Gäste |
