They were so accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected (prior to our check in time) and were taken to our room. The breakfast was wonderful and they helped us with maps, directions and calling taxis. A wonderful couple running this small, unique hotel. Better than the new large glitzy hotels. Lots of character.

Special boutique hotel in the heart of Weisbaden, Germany. High quality and personal service and attention from the staff. A great place to stay if you prefer small hotels. Could be difficult to get into the hotel after 8pm as the staff is only available by telephone. The hotel should provide the entry code via email upon booking.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff, the room is clean and silent. The parking place is narrow, but doable if you have some driving skills. The wireless internet is for Free, but it did not reach my room, a good solution was offered.

Very nice hotel, furnishing made with personal touch. Decent breakfast and personal atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Not in the absolute city-center, but on bareble walking distance. No eleveator and w-lan was quite crap.

This is a very elegant hotel, but not at all stuffy. The staff was helpful, the rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable and quiet. The decor was lovingly chosen with a lot of attention to detail - you have the feeling that management really cares. no iron available when I stayed

Sehr liebevoll gestaltete Zimmer, die einen in das 18.Jahrhundert zurückversetzen. Sehr sauber. Gutes Frühstück in einem besonderen Ambiente.

Zimmer: Schmaler Schlauch mit Schräge. Wirkt wie ausgebaute Besenkammer. Bad: Winzig. Um auf die Toilette zu gelangen, muss man sich seitlich am Becken vorbei schlängeln. Kein Glas, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Telefon defekt. An Personalkosten wird gespart: Rezeption zu Öfnnungszeiten nicht besetzt. Ich musste Tür-Code über Handy-Nr. erfragen. Beim Frühstück keine Bedienung. Lauwarmer Kaffee aus Zapfhahn. Wurst- und Käseangebot dürftig. Brötchen trocken. 75 Euro = völlig überteuert

Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer war sehr ansprechend. Hat den Flair eines alten Herrenhauses in England. Sauberkeit und guter Kontakt waren weitere Pluspunkte. Die City von Wiesbaden ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und erwärmend und für ein kleines Hotel so nett, dass ich jederzeit gerne wiederkommen würde. Etwas ganz anderes, im positiven Sinne, als ähnlich preiswerte Ketten-Hotels. Viel viel behaglicher.

Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist eine Frechheit. Für so ein kleines Zimmer 98.- als Einzelzimmerpreis zu verlangen, ist eindeutig zu viel. Außerdem das Frühstück sehr bescheiden, die Mitarbeiterin an der Reception nicht sehr flexibel.

Das Frühstück war ohne Fehl und Tadel. Auch die Akustik im Zimmer war angenehm. Der Service am telefon war dem nicht würdig. Ich war mit einem Fiat Ducato angereist und mußte feststellen, daß die Hofeinfahrt niedriger war als dem des Autos. Somit hatte ich arge Probleme einen Partkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.Auch war die Hilfsbereitschaft am Telefon für den Zufgang zum Internet sehr unfreundlich.Man legte ohne meine Fragen zu beantworten nach kurzer Zeit einfach auf. Das ist ein No go! Auch funktionierte der Lüfter im Bad nicht und im Sifon der Duschtasse lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger/in.

Preis/Leistung ist für Wiesbaden gut. Frühstück ist ok. Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplatzsituation wie in allen Städten problematisch. Für 12,- Euro pro Nacht kann jedoch ein Parkplatz im Hotel-Hinterhof angemietet werden.
