high quality but low price.
Breakfast is a little expensive.
Good hotel in all scences.
Big room for a single, very quiet, air-condition, you could open the windows, buses outside the entrance, U-bahn 20 meters away, altogether very functional and good value for the money.
-Room was clean and of a good size -Bathroom was clean -Good air conditioning -Comfortable bed -Hotel staff was nice -The hotel area is well connected to the rest of the city by 2 subway lines and a lot of bus lines
-Room window didn't offer any sound insulation from the street noise because it didn't close well enough and since the room was on the 1st floor it was pretty noisy (bring ear plugs!) -I was woken up by a drill and some construction work one day at 6:30 in the morning (apparently coming from somewhere under the room). Complained to the reception and the next days it didn't happen any more (so this is a good thing i guess) -WiFi connection was good(good signal) but the internet connection was a little slow (but decent) -Furniture in the room seemed a little old but it was ok and in working condition -You have to enter the hotel by using your room keycard to open the hotel door or ring the door bell...only problem was that the evening I arrived the doorbell wasn't working. Luckily, I only had to wait for about 2 minutes until another guest came in from outside and opened the door with her keycard -Area around the hotel seems a little "trashy" at night (I've seen some homeless people and some creepy guys drinking by the subway exit)
Everything, great views from room, clean and tidy, perfect location
Continental breakfast is big plus. The room was clean U7/U8 Hermannplatz just out of the door and 30' walk to Brandenburger tor. AC in the room.
The bathroom had old furniture and the toilet were old and stinky. Not anyone spoke a proper English.
Great location, easy to get around with metro and also good restaurants nearby. Great value for money, almost hostel price and much more pleasant to stay in.
Bed was a bit small for two people to share.
Good location near to public transportation Nice "breakfest" place Air conditioning Nice equipment
Slow elevator used also by staff for service purpose Sloping bed
small cozy rooms, in good condition, good maintenance and cleaning, helpful personnel, good WI-FI. good location
A little noisy, expensive breakfast, hotel access only by card, no possibility to stop the car near the hotel, no parking
Clean, very good value, reccomendations for local resturants
The room was nice, breakfast good, and the cleaning of the room each day was good. Great location, quiet room with air conditioning. Cleaning staff was very friendly.
Several staff members at the reception were very impolite, unhelpful and rude.
Location and security
Staff is polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to subway station (less than half minute walk). Clean, modern-looking rooms.
A bit noisy outside on the street, especially with opened windows.
The hotel is very close to the U-Bahn station Hermannplatz, surounded by shops, a food market and small food shops (kebab, pizza, chineese, McDonalds...). The room was big enough, it was quiet, the bed was nice and the WiFi worked all the time without problems. The room was cleaned every day.
We didn't like the shower, it is very small and the curtain sticks to your body. It would be nice if there would be s small fridge in the room. The breakfast is too expensive, you can have a great breakfast in the bakery (Süss) just over the street for 4 €! And the man at our check out could at least smile, say a few words and wish us a nice day, but he looked very unmotivated.
The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is excellent
The surrounding can be a little noisy and the noise carries to the room
A very nice basic hotel at a convenient location...Super nice women working at the desk. (Thanks, Jessica S.) P.s. If You're into breakfasts, get Yours paid for in advance...More expensive at the location, no matter what the info on the site.
Good value hotel in really good location (if you like turkish food, pizza napoletana and australian breakfasts). The provided hotel breakfast had a fair choice, quality was not outstanding but acceptable. U station right in front of the hotel, very convenient.
The room was a bit humid, poor ventilation.
i like breakfast, the position of the hotel near the centre and facility to go the metro.
Location. Information available. Transport close.
Staff not so friendly. Internet did not work on 31st night and the reception did nothing to help out.
Perfect position, 20m from Hermannplatz metro station. Clean and warm rooms, good beds and very good choice for the breakfast buffet.
Everyting is fantastic
Very clean room and very good breakfast. easy access to public transport system.
Very noisy ventilating system with no possibility to turn it off.
Close to U-bahn, nice view, pretty clean, nice breakfast room, 24hrs shop nearby
It may be loud if you leave the window open
