The hotel position, and the clean rooms

The staff working on april 3rd at breakfast time was very unprofessional and impolite (a dark curly haired lady) - we understood wrongly that breakfast time lasts until 10h30 but this lady considered that she had to stand in the middle of the breakfast room and tell us loudly and repeatedly that breakfast is until 10. this disturbed the other guests eating as well. There are more diplomatic and professional ways to tell guests that they understood wrongly something...

It's a small but fine 3 star hotel. It's inexpensive, clean, has internet, the breakfast is good and it's close to u1 and u2. The hotel offers everything a Traveler needs.

The directions on how to get to the hotel from Potsdamer Platz Station could be mentioned somewhere. Like Bus connections, Walking distance, or Bahn

Excellent continental breakfast. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the U-barn. Short walk to main shopping area. The Christmas Market in Pots' Platz was great.

1st room offered had not been cleaned. 2nd was small but OK for the cost.

A good location, easy to walk to the Potsdamer Platz and beyond. Economic distance for a taxi back from the city (cost us from 7-10 euros). Good buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice to suit many cultural tastes.The Reception staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Luggage room to store belongings after checking out if your flight/train leaves after check-out time was useful.

The ensuite bathroom was rather small but clean and adequate. Pillows were skimpy but the staff gave us extras upon asking.

The hotel offered very good value for money. The room was reasonably sized for a single and comfortably furnished. The breakfast was average and the included wi-fi was reliable and fast enough for all general browsing. The hotels location is close to two U-bahn stations, so if you are comfortable with using them you'll be able to get most places within Berlin quickly from the hotel.

The location is not actually very close to Potsdamer Platz. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Potsdamer Platz. I was aware of this ahead of time and it didn't bother me, but it is worth noting that having Potsdamer Platz in the name is misleading. My room was on the first floor and during the weekend the noise from the breakfast area was quite loud.

It was great *** hotel. Location good, only block away from Kurfürstrasse station, and two blocks away from Bülowstrasse station. The staff was very friendly and spoke good english (which is not always the case in Germany). Breakfast was big and tasty. Room was good quality, with little TV.

During the hot summer nights, we had to keep our window open due to lack of aircon in our room, and this resulted in noisy nights from traffic and people outside. Please add aircon or at least fans to the rooms for warmer months.

The room was ok with a nice bathroom and a big shower

Everybody gets a key to get to a cellar to deposit the bags before or after checkin/out. No control if somebody takes a bag too much. Behind our room was a balcony that got used as smoking area so the smoke came in our room and everybody could see inside the room.

Very convenient location with good transport connection, Potsdamer Platz at walking distance, pleasant breakfast room with good breakfast, free wi-fi, very clean, helpful stuff.

Room a bit small

The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was by far the best I had during my trip. The hotel is also well located, very close to the metro station and some hundred meters away from Potsdamer Platz.

The cleaning of the room wasn't very much appreciated. The dust from the old carpet in the room gave me an allergy reaction, which was a pity. The wi-fi connection could've been better.

It is very near the U-bahn station. The room is clean, has a comfort bed. Good breakfast.

No nice places to eat around the hotel and not a very good sound isolation of the rooms.

Everything was fine. I enjoyed the quietness, the location, the cleanliness.

Receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Bed is uncomfortable--- too soft and there's only one pillow! We appreciated having a free wifi but its annoying having to ask 3hrs voucher which were only provided one at a time. Cleaners don't clean the bathroom very well!

We found the room clean and the beds comfortable. In comparison with other Berlin hotels we found the price very reasonable, and if you are not looking for much facilities, this hotel may provide very good value for money.

It is located slightly off the beaten track,with limited restaurants in the neighbourhood though the m85 bus goes every 10 minutes to Haupbanhof Main Train Station.(20 Minute trip past Potsdammer Platz) and u2 underground is a 7 minute walk. Breakfast is a little restricted

It was a bit basic; there was only handwash, no other toiletries; only 4 hangers between 2 of us for 3 nights and the pillows were too soft

The only good thing about the hotel was probably the location

The hotel room was really dirty, esp. The bathroom. My god it was hard to even go for a shower ... the drainage was really smelly. Also we got two single beds and we made a reservation for one double. Food was reasonable...

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.
