Parking the car was comfortable.

Very high price € 184,00 incl. Breakfast for this hotel indicated as 4 star, but actually is was more a 3 star hotel. Internet did not work at all. It was extremely slow. Uncomfortable entrance of the hotel and narrow hallways.

Hotel very comfortable and clean, has good location. S-bahn staion is 5 min walk from hotel and it's a good option if you need to get to the city centre and exhibition complex.

It is not my first time staying at the hotel and it's already like coming somewhat close to home (let's say to old freinds):)! The staff is very delicate and helpful, and they are always on the reception (to 10:00-11:00 pm) - not a very common tradition nowadays in family hotels. There's a nice and big Penny market downstairs working till 8:00 pm, for those counting the money. Hello to Vadim and Sonya!

Has everything you need and for the right price. The free sauna was a nice touch.

A bit far, hoever it is close to the metro and if you are with car, it is not an issue

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The hotel was clean. The parking downstairs in the garage was nice, and included. The train station U-bahn was very close. There was included wifi in the room and in the lobby. The penny market on the ground floor was helpful. The restaurants nearby were good.

I didnt like the hidden costs, like the unreasonable rate for using the phone was not posted anywhere in the room, and the front desk didn't speak enough English to explain what I was asking about. The laundry was exceedingly expensive for the amount of items we had cleaned, each sock was counted as an item and for 26 items, where 12 of the items were socks, and underwear, the total was 92 euro, which breaks down to 3.5 euro for each sock. It would have been cheaper to purchase new clothes, or to pay the extra $70 for the extra bag to have an extra weeks worth of clothes. The sheets were noticeably dirty, but never changed. The pillows were not comfortable, I recommend bringing your own. We rented two rooms and both rooms had low slanted ceilings that several of us banged our heads on several times. You could see where other people had banged their heads on the low slanted ceiling from the dents in the slanted wall. No Air conditioning, but the windows opened and that let us cool off the room during the night. during the day, it was too hot, but we were not in the room during the day.

Nice part of town and close to S-Baun rail. Free Wifi but not accessible from some rooms. Staff spoke English and was very helpful.

we booked through booking.com for 43 euro for one night. comfortable in access to the train- 5 min. walking to the train that takes you within 20 min to the munich city center. under the hotel there is a supermarket. the rooms itself are good value for money- nice shower, comfortable bed. the deco is very average. breakfast is additional payed for another 10 euro for each person- not worst it if you ask me cause there a couple of very good bakeries around.

This was a really great hotel. Free parking, free wifi and great value for money. The train station is a 5 minute walk. After 15 minutes you are in central Munich. I will definitely come back.

I was at first concerned about the location as we were only staying one night and we were visiting the Marienplatz, Viktuallenmarkt, and the Augustiner beer garden. But the S-Bahn station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and then only a 15-20 minute trip to old city and main train station. Hotel is fairly new, very clean and modern, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and make excellent cappucino). Large parking garage under the hotel, as well as outside parking, and a convenient grocery next door.

Wi-fi signal was very poor in the evening but better in the morning. No a/c but was not needed as weather was cool and rainy.
