Hotel Demas Garni    

Great place to rest after a long journey! The rooms are small but very nice and clean. Possibility of place a car in a garage free of charge. Definitely to be recommended!!!

We were drving and the parking lot is free. It is quite convenient that there is a supermarket underneath it. The room is ok and not too small. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy walk to grocery stores and train station, nice park nearby.

No air conditioning. Very, very noisy street. Only feather pillows (allergy!).

Staff were very friendly. Unterchanging location had very impressive kitchen (breakfast) motif. Munich City location had a very nice rooms, for reasonable price. Location was great.

As usual, exellent. Even it was stated in the booking confirmation that Reception is till 23:00, our flight was delayed for 3 hours, and they were waiting for us till 0:25, were polite and friendly. Shown no any sign of inconvenience. Nice haus, good breakfast. Wi-fi for free.

Cosy and quite practical.

We like this hotel: helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms. There are supermarket and some restaurants with national cuisine and beer nearby. The railway station is not far (5 minutes).

Breakfast is not bad, but to our opinion 10 euros are too much for it.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, a cosy stay over in this hotel.

Location, really far from train station, and that's the only station we can get (no other metro or underground nearby). By walking it would possibly take more than 10 mins to get to train station.

Room ok and clean. The free garage really ok. Breakfast good. Value for money.

No way to get into the garage or the Hotel through the main door using the chip keycard, equimpment out side nont working..

Everything was very comfortable. Not bad comments at all!

I feel very disappointed, 1. There is a staff named Frau Mueller, she made a wrong bill at the beginning, and I pay more than I should pay, then I found out, she never say sorry and just say: I will give you another bill.... 2. After I left the hotel, they charged my more than 100 euro , I never bought beer at this hotel, but they charged me 5 euro, and they charged me 10 euro for each day, and their comment is "2 Person", but I am 100% single.... I will tell all my colleagues, don't select this hotel in the future. Fortunately, I have a nice trip in Munich except this hotel.

The position near Munchen

Very nice, clean location, newly renovated room, quite place, excellent value for money

Great hotel in a pleasant suburban area, still convenient to Munich city.

Breakfast was expensive at 10 euro / person

A bit outside of Munich, but has an excellent train connection (20min to the city) just 500 metres from the hotel. Shops and banks nearby.

Sometimes you have very long ways to your room, in special when you are in the 2nd floor.

Nice hotel, clean and on top of a supermarket. Reasonable access to Oktoberfest still a 25 minute train ride though.

The hotel is very close to the Unterhatching U-Bhan and is a 20 minute train into town. Be careful, trains are only every 20 minutes so if you miss a train you can be 35 minutes away from the city centre! Plus the trains are never late!

The area around is not as nice but ok. For 1 or 2 nights not a problem.

Nice clean hotel. Very close to railroad station, from which you can get to center of Munich in 15 minutes by train. In the ground flour located small supermarket. Bavarian kitchen restaurant located in 3 minute walk. We saw squirrel in the parking lot!!! Friendly and nice staff.

Small room. In the room of our friends Wi-Fi reception was poor, so they ask staff and got the cable internet.

Munich city is easily accessible via train - station is 5mins by walk. Also, there is a Penny Market located below the hotel which is very convenient.

Reception staff did not give accurate information about parking facilities at Munich city. Apparently public parking is free on Sun in the city.

lift is taking you till 4th floor , after to go to 5th you need to use the stairs.
