Our room was spectacular, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a great variety of choices. Parking garage was nice as it was right under the hotel. Easy access to sightseeing in Karlsruhe by street car located not far from the hotel. |

This hotel was very nice the resturant had great food the beer was good. The room was very nice and modern and clean. The staff was very helpful ,we liked that the hotel has a garage underground. Everything you need is right there at this hotel rest,food,and drinks. |

personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De auto kwam niet in de parkeergarage en mochten we voor de deur opstellen. Babybedje stond klaar. Zoals helemaal bovenaan vermeld (buiten de schuld van het hotel om dus). |

mooi ingerichte kamers. Tussendeur tussen de kamers zeer prettig met onze kinderen. De kamer voor de kinderen was eigenlijk een eenpersoonskamer met een twijffelaar bed hiervoor moesten we wel de volle prijs betalen. Slechte kussens. |

zeer mooie kamers, lekker ontbijt, en een gezellige sfeer in het hotel.Ook het restaurant wat via het hotel te bereiken is, vonden wij gezellig. We hebben er 2 x overnacht op de heen en terug reis van zwitserland, op de heen reis hadden we een normale kamer geboekt, op de terug reis een superieur die 10 euro duurder is, maar we zagen nauwelijks verschil met de andere kamer, voor ons idee hadden we net zo goed in de goedkopere kamer kunnen zitten. Verschil ondanks dat het maar 10 euro is, mag wel iets meer duidelijk zijn! |

Insgesamt sehr gut. Eine Verdunkelung des Zimmers hielt nur unzureichend das Licht von außen ab (gilt nur für Personen, welche ganz im Dunkeln schlafen). |
