comfy, clean & classic. high standard food & good location There is very limited inf. in English about Heidelberg (eg booklet or program about what is on in Heidelberg) provided in the hotel, which may be inconvenient for international guests who can't speak German. |

What a beautiful hotel! The decor was very elegant, yet comfortable. The staff were friendlyand generally outstanding! The food was fabulous!We enjoyed a lovely stay! The only suggesiton we could make would be that the pillows were way too soft and thin. Otherwise, everything else was terrific! |

Hospitable luxury european style hotel.Welcoming and helpful staff.Luxuriously and elegantly decorated public rooms.Warm and comfortable rsetaurant with professionnal serving staff catering to our wishes.Recommendable to all who like Traditional luxury hotel swrvices. The hotel was beautifully covered with fresh Lylies.unfortunately Mrs Arwas is very allergic to these flowers and we therefore could not use the comfortable and well decorated public lounges. |

We waren voor de tweede keer in dit hotel . Door de persoonlijke aandacht en de enorme vriendelijkheid voel je je meteen thuis.Logeerden nu in het oude gedeelte en dat was heel fraai. |

シングルルームだったが、室内の装飾や雰囲気がとても良かった。また、Day time のフロントの女性の対応と笑顔が素晴らしかった。朝食が素晴らしい。 ネットが無料ではなく、一日２２ユーロ、１時間確か５ユーロというのが高すぎる。Spaは終了が９時である- が、出来れば１０時にして貰ったらもっとリラックス出来ると思う。 |

De persoonlijke vriendelijke benadering door het personeel. Uitstekende ontbijt. Service in het algemeen.Alles even vlot en vriendelijk. Door de bedrijfscongressen in het hotel konden we er niet lunchen. Alleen op het terras en dat was op die dag erg winderig.Jammer dat ze niet een van de andere prachtige ruimten ingericht hebben voor een gezellige lunch. |

Das Hotel liegt günstig am Beginn der Altstadt und ist trotzdem ruhig. Zumindest die Zimmer zum Innenhof Ich musste am Empfang viel zu lange auf meinen Schlüssel warten, da der Portier ewig telefonierte.Die Tagesdecke hatte einen großen Fleck. Eine Lampe im Badezimmer war kaputt. |
