I didn’t like that in price of the room (category apartment) was not included: - Parking for the car: cost extra 17 euro - Breakfast: 20 euro per person - Use of spa center –swimming pool for all day use 15 euro per person Cost of the room was 320 euro, so all these extra charges in hotel with 5 stars I think are not necessary and do not leave guest with good opinion about hotel. |

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room very generous for the price, and excellent food. This is what one expects for a 5 star hotel, and it did not disappoint, even when comparing to US standards. There needs to be a mid-range dining option for late dining (post 9pm) other than room service. I would have preferred less complex choices for dining, greater variety in the menu and some traditional German cuisine in the fine dining resturant on site. The internet access charges were ridiculous--27E per day. |

Room was decent, staff were friendly and helpful. All extras (breakfast, swimming pool, internet, etc) were separately priced, and rather expensive. |

Wery solid and sound, you get the feeling that this hotel has been there fore centuries and all the staff is friendly and know what they are doing. Use of Internet should be easily accessable and free of charge. The Wellness Center should be free of charge for guests |

Todo, no se corresponde la categoría del hotel (5 estrellas) con sus instalaciones, los pasillos que llevaban a la zona de las habitaciones que nos asignaron parecían los de un almacén, con alfombras raídas, sucias, puertas desconchadas y llenas de golpes. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y en la que nos asignaron el problema seguía persistiendo.Disaster |
