Nothing to dislike

Very handy for the centre of Erlangen. Friendly staff - by the third morning they'd remembered we had a toddler with us and had a table set all ready with a high chair at breakfast! Provided a proper child's bed rather than a folding crib. That makes a big difference.

Our room was in an apartment building at the back of the hotel rather than the hotel itself, and was very noisy with late-night drunks right outside the window - although it was a holiday weekend, so that's not too surprising. The "separate area" for the third bed in the 3-bed family room was actually the hallway outside the bathroom - so we had to tiptoe past a sleeping toddler every time we wanted to use the bathroom. Decor in the room was a bit tatty. I suspect it's nicer in the main hotel.

Booking .com giving two different room rates which only became apparent when the bill was paid, it was very misleading and made our stay much more expensive than antisipated.

The counter person is very friendly and postively help. The hotel area is easily to find food for a foreigner.

The wood floor is noisy when people upstairs working.

Very friendly staff. Parking near the hotel is possible, but the parking lot is not closed overnight. Part of the rooms are renovated. The breakfast is super. We also liked the wolves in the breakfast room!! The room was very clean.

We slept at the street side which can be incredibly noisy in the weekends as there are bars and cafes everywhere around, and when the bars are closed the streets are swept which makes noise as well. It was also very hot because there is no air-conditioning and the sun had been burning all day on the windows. The very kind receptionist solved this by giving us a small discount on the room. So if you stay here, please ask for a room at the backside of the hotel!

Die Lage, hinten raus kommt man in die wunderschöne Kirchgasse. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Personal und die Inhaberin sind sehr freundlich. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten

Понравилось все - чисто, уютно, свободный wi-fi, хороший завтрак, и нетипично прекрасный для Германии кофе. Номер достаточно маленький (мы останавливались в двухместном за 82 евро), но это и не тот отель, чтобы нужен был простор. Зато весь центр в пешей доступности.

Не то что это минус, но отель в непосредственной близости от церкви, поэтому ранняя побудка колоколами гарантирована :) Реальный минус - очень узкий въезд на паркинг.

-im Bad konnte mein Sohn nicht aufrecht duschen weil der Schlauch für die Dusche nicht lang genug war -die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz war so eng das ich mit dem VW Bus nicht rein kam -Zimmer zur Straße hin doch sehr laut

Die Bilder im Booking.com und anderen online Reservierungsportalen haben mit der Realität nichts zu tun. Der Gast wird hier eindeutig getäuscht!

Empfang und Service waren sehr persönlich und zugleich professionell. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist in Auswahl und Qualität sehr positiv herauszuheben.
