staff, bed and location
Location is excellent and system of electricity and TV and nice employer and nice breakfast
Bed is not comfortable and too much expensive and bad cleaning service and no bad room service
Location and front desk staff
Fabulous room with balcony and kitchenette, shower with steam facility. Would definitely use this hotel again when travelling to Munich.
Lack of Wi-Fi which the hotel advised was being worked upon
Location and room quality.
We came with business purposes and time was a value. Upon check-in, staff mixed up our names with those who we didn't know. It took about an hour!! to check-in!! Same story repeated upon check-out. They made zillions mistakes and had to redo documents several times. It took a lot of time and nerves. To be fair all of them were polite and friendly, but it didn't help them to be quick.. Breakfast billed separately and wasn't worth the money.
The hotel and staff were extremely friendly and efficient.
just close to the Marienplatz but it is easy to travel in Munich so no need to stay there.
-construction -small rooms -noise and cleaning -air conditioning -tiny little fitness room I would never ever book from this hotel. It is not fair to pay that price either. I could not rest even a bit in the hotel.
Attitude of the management re cancellation of booking. Very arrogant and not willing to understand the circumstances of the cancelation only 2 hours after booking.
Lovely staff, very helpful. First guests in a fantastic modern room, unfortunately the smell of adhesives permeated all clothing, this did not detract from the room as such! Breakfast was great. Fantastic location!
We came to Munich for a long weekend and could not fault our hotel of choice-THE best position for a great break, fabulous room with great gadgets, snazzy bar and beautiful surroundings! Cannot fault and would happily go back or to another within the Derag chain! :-)
Early noise from building work on a Monday morning but not as bad as other reviewers had stated. Still managed to get back to sleep though :-)
Situated directly at the lovely Viktualien Market and within shortest possible distance to market, shops, restaurants, pedestrian area, sightseeing and public transport. The rooms are very functional in a cool modern style - not large but big enough. Very comfortable beds! The complimentary night sweets are a dream!
The layout of the hotel is a bit irritating and the lobby is extremely small.
They where doing construction on the place behind us from700 am. To 830 pm , even on Sunday . Hope all the work is done by now.
the Service Not good and No air conditioner problem
The hotel was modern, with large rooms, great showers and very comfortable beds. The location is superb, with easy access by foot to all primary tourist attractions and shopping, and 5 min to the tram and subway. I also liked the free beers and water from the minibar, replenished daily.
24 euro for breakfast was not good value for money.
For tech savy rooms. Coudl turn off particular lights from the bed etc.
Way overpriced for what you get. We spent $500 on a standard room on one night, but it was September 26 in Munich, so I guess they can charge that during Oktoberfest. Felt like we were paying off their investment in the tech implementations that didn't even work fully. We felt massively ripped off, because a cushy bed, wifi and a fancy shower with no bath, $500 really?
The room was very chic. Most of the staff were very helpful. Location is brilliant.
Wifi was intermittent which is a shame for such a modern hotel. Toilet flush in the 4 room was very intermittent and is a real problem that didn't improve during our stay. Sort of took the shine of the stay having to flush using a bucket of water in a room that cost over €250 a night.
really good location in the central. hotel is after renewal. very good disign of the rooms
renewal is still in process. personal is not trained and did mistakes. they promissed 50% of discount for neiborhood parking and make something with my ticket but i paid anyway full price at parking station. they said minibar is free of charge but foget to say that it is empty
Gracious and interesting hotel - brilliant, contemporary design, very friendly and helpful staff. The location on the edge of the Viktualienmarkt is fabulous - puts you right in the middle of the life of the city, plus makes getting around town easy.
Hotel is in the middle of renovation, so there are a few areas still in transition. It was not a major problem, but would have loved to see the finished layout!
Location was nice. Front desk was a hit or miss with helpfulness.
Don't get the breakfast. Too expensive for ok quality food. WiFi was horrendous. They gave excuses regarding the poor signal and never offered anything in place of it. Construction was going on thoughtout the hotel and I was walked in on while in the bathroom by a maintenance worker. The man didn't even knock.
The living space was lovely - simple but vey sophisticated. The hotel staff were very helpful. The location was exceptional.
The construction at obscene times (6am to 11:30pm) was intrusive. I appreciate that it is a temporary inconvenience.
Location Design of the rooms Friendly, helpful staff Balcony in executive room Adjustable matress
Couldn't work out how to use steam feature on shower Air conditioning doesn't work well
Right on the markets and close to the marienplatz great area . We dined here morning and night at various restaurants and cafés and saw munichs attractions during the day
Unfortunately the hotel was being renovated when we were there so a bit of inconvenience , but no real problem . Got to do it sometime don't they
Location, room had a pantry, free drinks in the mini bar
rather unfriendly staff. Room wasn't ready at arrival, check out already at 11am (which I never ever had before) and you need to rush to vacate your room, parking at garage nearby is quite pricy
Location & room itself was very good. It was compact incl a small kitchen. And you get 2 bottles of water and 2 beer for free.
Due constractions near to the hotel, after 7 o'clock in the moning very noisy. Forget the free WLAN - it never worked.
