Staff was individually eager to help. Fruit at breakfast was very nice.

Communication gaps between the staff. Too much noise from construction in the rooms facing the back of the building. Water replacement in the rooms was inconsistent. Showers seems to leak in the rooms and we have never been able to figure out how the steam showers work.

Excellent central location, contemporary design and modern facilities, large breakfast selection.

There is very comfort environment to stay with my friend. This hotel is near the Viktualienmarket and just two mins walk to Marienplatz. There is a excellent steakhouse next to the hotel. Recommend you to book with this hotel!! Nice place!!!

Location, calmful. Clean rooms with suprising cool drinks on the house for every evening.

Room entrance doors look really sturdy and beautiful with 44dB of sound insulation stated, but the hinges and mechanical drop-seal needs to be adjusted in order to get the sealing perimeter tight. At the moment the sound bridges let the unwanted noise from the corridor into the room and the real-life sound insulation is poor. This opinion is based on my two stays in this hotel.

Freindly staff, large room, well designed, high-speed internet, great central location, good bed, steam shower, good breakfast.

My room was next to lift, which was quite loud and disturbed me during the night - ear plugs solved the problem.

They have no telephone land line in the rooms.If you don't have a local handy you cannot receive outside calls

The hotel is perfectly located. Very comfortable, modern. We lived in a large stylish room on the 6th floor with access to a large terrace. Excellent beds! With controllable stiffness mattresses. The staff is friendly. Very good breakfasts. Will come back to this hotel!

Right next to Viktualenmarkt and Marienplatz, just a few steps away from main shopping streets, Deutches Museum is also not far by foot. The staff surprised us several time - two beers and two bottles of water every day in your fridge, sparkling wine with earplugs in order to compensate the construction noise through backyard oriented windows etc. Really nice !

A modern and stylish hotel in a great, central location. I will definitely use this hotel if/when I return to Munich.

Lack of availability of rooms away from elevators. Noise from building site behind hotel from 7am each morning (more an issue for tourist guests than business guests).

Impolite staff told me that full booking on that day.... and told me that I have no choice to change hotel. When i asking why?! They just told me system problem and my fault that no contact way to find me!! I don't think that is a reason as all information which I have an account on booking. com!! 3 months before booking, why only told me no room when i check in??!! If we don't have a car that is not a easy way to find that new location at night late night!!! When I arrived that hotel and found which is under same company, that is very old style hotel and not the simliar design hotel what we need! I felt that is a fraud!! Even they reduce the room charge, but we still not happy on this arrangements!!! this is a very bad experience when my first day arrives Munich!

This hotel is perfect for exploring Munich and for Oktoberfest. There are great restaurants right next door and the markets are across the road.

The hotel is a bit over the top with gadgets!

The price was very high due to Octoberfest I suppose. Very modern and styllish rooms. Some gadgets may be even a bit difficult for nontechnical (elderly) visitors. Very friendly and knowledgable personell.
