it was very quit in the hotel, everybody was friendly we got not a lot of onformation. They gave us an welcome card but we did not know what we could use it for other than public transport, maybe a flyer in the room with some info would help. |

Good location, very close to public transport. City centre very easily reachable by underground (4 min.). No business centre. Restaurant and bar closed Sunday evenings! And no alternatives within walking distance. |

Everyone one of the staff was helpful, kind, and efficient. The Restaurant and Bar were lovely and the food and service exceptional. The room was well outfitted with every amenity, comfortable, quiet, and squeeky clean. I will be back in Bonn in the Spring and I intend to stay there again. . |

Friendly and helpful personnel. Nice, clean room and bathroom. Hotel is located well close to an underground station. 1) The sauna was small (4 people at most, people had to queue). 2) Finding out cheaper weekend arrangements in the local hotel publicity, compared to the offerings shown in booking.com. |

Easy to find close to the Rhine River and a short 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. Good quality room with fine facilities. Car park under the hotel was easy to access once we knew where it was.... Too much glass furniture when you are a guest with young children, we were worried our son would have an accident.... |

The rooms were so comfortable and relevant for families. The small kitchen was very useful and also there is an iron which helps us so much. Some of the staff can not speak English well so we have small problems especially the ones work at night. |

Staff friendly, helpful and reception staff spoke english, an advantage as we didn't speak german. The rooms are large and very well designed. We extended our stay in a small suite with a small kitchenette which gave us more freedom. There was some confusion about internet as they push WIFI but it is not available in rooms.Probably a language issue due to our lack of german. Ask for a LAN cable. Also internet is quite expensive when many hotels in Europe now offer it free. The location suited us but may be out of the way for some. |

Everything was great appart from the fact that they upgraded me to an appartment but then charged me an extra 30 euros when I checked out. I was running late so did not notice until I got home. The fact that I was charged the wrong amount. |

Convenient location close to the Centre of Bonn. Nice and clean room room, very spacious. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The bathroom towels and bath products are below the standard required in such an hotel. The parking rate is too high. |

This hotel is well located (close to the City Centre), spacious, modern, with comfortable and very clean rooms, includes a convenient and easily accessible underground garage. The breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of excellent food. The hotel staff is client oriented, helpful and nice. The quality of bath towels is below the standard of such an hotel. Rooms looking over the main street are not so quiet because of the heavy traffic on wordays. |

Location (3 min. walk distance to U-Bahn, 20-25 min. walk distance to the city center), room facilities are incredible (iron, equipped mini-kitchen, large room space), stylish room design, excellent breakfast, hospitable staff. The best hotel for business trips. The price for room's Internet & undeground parking seems a bit expensive for the long staying. |

The room was excellent and the breakfast was also excellent your information re the restaurant and bar was misleading, also not up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Perhaps this was due to the fact that the restaurant was not owned by the hotel, also food quality in the restaurant only average. Given that you advertised these facilities rather surprised that they were closed on a Sunday. |
