Great staff, facilities, rooms
Breakfast is a tad expensive and you are away from town (but good transport available).
-closest supermarket is 30min walk
Room capaicty. Thekichen.
The maintaines very bad. No airconditon only fan. No claning in the room everyday.
Two free beers and two free bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. Epic!! Free coffee at reception. Near a metro stop. Within walking distance of both the UN Plaza and the City Centre.
The receptionist was quite impolite when I wanted to check-in. He gruffly said his computer was down and to wait for a while. I waited for about 10 minutes. It's not the inconvenience, so much as his impoliteness that bothers me. I asked another receptionist where I could get coffee on my first morning (as the website advertised free coffee). She told me to sit down and a waiter would bring it to me.... they did, but they charged me €2+ for it. I presumed I was getting the free coffee which was advertised.... I don't care about the amount, I just felt cheated! The fire alarm went off while we were there. I left the room of my own accord. The staff did not seem to go around from room to room making sure the building was evacuated. In fact, the staff did not seem to do anything. Although it was a false alarm, I am not sure I would have faith in them were it a real fire. The gym has no free weights, and more bizarrely, no drinking water! There aren't many shops or restaurants near the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is closed on Sundays.
Proximity to office
Furniture and design all a bit dated, could do with being refurbished
nothing from me
A fair distance from the city centre but accessible on foot or by public transport. Excellent room size and amenities, with room to work. Quiet area.
Need to travel to the city if looking for more than the one bar/restaurant attached to the hotel.
great room, walkable distance to city
grumpy reception staff
Perfect location Clean
Paying twice Lack of contact once we returned after paying twice... I've emailed the hotel 3 times, due to paying once with bookin.com, then again at the hotel as they insisted we hadn't paid, a reply/response would be brilliant!
Minibar is a mini kitchen
Very good localocation and confort. Quit clean and comfortable.
There was not drinking water for free as it was written in the info in Booking.com
Rooms are nicely decorated and staff very friendly. It is within walking distance of old town and river.
Well. Got all excited about the advertised sauna, but found there was no dressing gowns in the rooms, and towels were way too small to wear on the travel down the corridors so with us packing lightly we were not able to use it. Secondly the mix up with our rooms, booked two, was given key to one, not a big issue and was sorted out quickly but the other room was on the 3 star floor. Next and SMOKERS BEWARE! Although there are balconies on every floor so one doesn't have to walk far for a smoke, but, once you close the doors you are locked out!!! Seriously, there is no door key slots, no doorbells, no alarm, nothing! Nada! Good job we have locked ourselves on the first floor so husband could climb down the wall (I'm not joking) and then access the hotel and let me in, it would be a much more daunting experience if we did it on the second floor balcony, yup, we checked, same story and very high... so if you don't fancy being found by cleaners in the morning, frozen, sleeping on the concrete outside, then bring a door stopper on this holiday :)
The hotell was almost ideal for my purposes (location and price). Window in the bath was bloody cool, enjoyed it a lot.
I had constant problems walking through the labirynth of coridors. The gym was poor though the pictures on the wall were great.
The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the UN conference room
Too far from basic services - groceries, stores, restaurants, etc.
nice location, clean, quiet.
no room service on sundays, if you arrive late this really is a nuisance.
Friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Lighting levels in the room are a little low when trying to work All the doors creaked loudly!
Nice rooms with coffee & tea machines.
We were staying a few days around New Year and the restaurant and sauna were closed.
All necessary facilities are there for a short business trip: clean rooms, parking space, good breakfast...
The parking space was at the back of the hotel and that's not indicated at the front (at least I did not see it). I called the reception from the car and first I had to park at the front, enter the hotel to get the explanation (which was very easy).
Good price-quality ratio. Peaceful surroundings. Spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff.
The decor is of dubious taste (too much glass and brass), but nothing shocking.
free beverages in mini bar. 2 beers and 2 bottles of water. Clean room and friendly staff
The rooms are great. Spacious, modern and very clean.
Don't expect any support from the staff in terms of recommendations for restaurants, what to do or even pro activeness to check on the internet. Customer service is nonexistent...
Impressed by spacious apartment with kitchenette.
Room lighting on the low side
- Not expensive - Big room - Great bread service - Near U-bahn
