Hotel molto bello e vicino alla metropolitana, perciò comodo per raggiungere ogni punto della città comodamente.

La camera era bella unico aspetto negativo è che era al piano -1 e piuttosto calda.

Free beer and water in the fridge was a nice touch!

I was staying in the services apartment rooms. Poor wireless connection which I paid for, no plates, cutlery, hotel services guide... Pretty poor! Very expensive for very little benefit!

Rooms spacious and pleasant

Having an 'apartment-style' room was really beneficial - giving myself and my Mum more room to relax, unwind and not feel confined. It was a good 10 minute walk into Bonn which was fine for us as we had 3 lovely fresh, sunny winter days. A bit of a struggle to find nice restaurants - but the Ruen Thai on Kennedy bridge is a must. And there were lots of fab coffee shops & patisseries. Christmas markets were beautiful as was Bonn itself.

Hotel staff not particularly friendly through - and on arrival, the room was without a tea tray, or the extra sheets for sofa bed. I asked if there was an adaptor (so I could charge my phone & use my own hairdryer) but there were none. I asked for recommendations for local restaurants, but no one could suggest anywhere. However, breakfast was excellent and there were sweets or chocolates on the table in the morning and we had a Milka Chocolate Santa outside our room when we got in one afternoon. So nice little touches.

The Hotel has attractive interior. The room was modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our first room, and a free mini bar in the second room (we'd received an upgrade after first being placed in a smoking room).

Our reservation was lost initially. My sister-in-law had phoned and been told that there was no booking for Miller. The staff were generally unsmiling. When I asked for an adaptor plug, I was told there weren't any as guests had taken them with them. That was it, no advice on where to get one. The fitness room contained to water cooler, and no climate control (only a small fan). When we checked out at 9am on the morning of our departure, we informed the receptionist that we would be back at 12 noon to collect our bags. No advice was given as to where to leave the bags. Upon our return to collect them, another receptionist criticised us for not bringing the bags to reception.

The hotel was conveniently placed. Check in & check out was easy and they found my booking easily. The room was large with a seating area, desk, a small kitchenette suitable for preparing simple meals - plus a good sized bed and well appoiinted bathroom. The room would be ideal if spending long periods of time in Bonn, and didn't want to go out to eat all the time. The decor was a bit gloomy, dark wood and bronzed mirrors, perfectly ok, but not to my taste. The tv had plenty of channels - although I could only find 2 in English (not unusual for Germany!) cnn and bbc World. I would stay here again.

Comfortable room with extra facilities (iron, caffe maker, 2 beers and 2 bottles of water in the freezer, free of charge). Polite and smiling reception, nice price of the room, very quiet area, very close to metro station (2 minutes walking) connection to city down town. Also very close to the river.

Everything was perfect. I could point out only the internet service - 1 hour per day free of charge, no wifi in the rooms, a cable is required.

The hotel is close to the subway station (just 2 min), and is convenient for sightseeing of the nearby area. It is also convenient for a car trip.

There is a kitchen in the room and coffee on reception.

Spa was closed during our visit. Our room was prepared as single, not double -- we have to call reception and ask.

The hotel is really very good. The rooms are large, very comfortable. Some even have a little kitchen which is very good if you stay some days and want to have some meals "at home". They replace 2 bottles of beer and 2 of water every day for free! At the lounge they have a espresso machine which you can serve yourself anytime. All we can say is that our stay at this hotel was really very satisfiyng.
