Staff cordiale; non in centro, ma collegato in maniera ottimale (è a 10min dal centro e la metro è a 100m dall'hotel).

Colezione non inclusa; asciugamani per la doccia troppo piccoli...ma non è ovviamente una cosa grave.

Hotel molto bello e vicino alla metropolitana, perciò comodo per raggiungere ogni punto della città comodamente.

La camera era bella unico aspetto negativo è che era al piano -1 e piuttosto calda.

Size and comfort of the room was excellent. Having a large room with a small kitchen, made our stay much more relaxing.

Comfortable, well furnished room, easy location for catching the subway to Bonn, nice fitness room, fabulous breakfast, friendly staff. I really appreciated the parking garage since parking can be a major hassle in Germany. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Location... Very close to the metro. The rooms has a lot of space.

The internet is not stable, and slow most of the time. The towels smell very bad.

The room (cleanliness, space, facilities, comfort). A classy hotel.

The location - a fair walk to the centre and no restaurants/bars in the vicinity.

The Hotel has attractive interior. The room was modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our first room, and a free mini bar in the second room (we'd received an upgrade after first being placed in a smoking room).

Our reservation was lost initially. My sister-in-law had phoned and been told that there was no booking for Miller. The staff were generally unsmiling. When I asked for an adaptor plug, I was told there weren't any as guests had taken them with them. That was it, no advice on where to get one. The fitness room contained to water cooler, and no climate control (only a small fan). When we checked out at 9am on the morning of our departure, we informed the receptionist that we would be back at 12 noon to collect our bags. No advice was given as to where to leave the bags. Upon our return to collect them, another receptionist criticised us for not bringing the bags to reception.

the hotel is not a 4 star hotel. the restaurant and service where below a 2 star standard. the hotel accomadation is ok but needs renovation. the bathroom is too small.

The hotel was conveniently placed. Check in & check out was easy and they found my booking easily. The room was large with a seating area, desk, a small kitchenette suitable for preparing simple meals - plus a good sized bed and well appoiinted bathroom. The room would be ideal if spending long periods of time in Bonn, and didn't want to go out to eat all the time. The decor was a bit gloomy, dark wood and bronzed mirrors, perfectly ok, but not to my taste. The tv had plenty of channels - although I could only find 2 in English (not unusual for Germany!) cnn and bbc World. I would stay here again.

Comfortable room with extra facilities (iron, caffe maker, 2 beers and 2 bottles of water in the freezer, free of charge). Polite and smiling reception, nice price of the room, very quiet area, very close to metro station (2 minutes walking) connection to city down town. Also very close to the river.

Everything was perfect. I could point out only the internet service - 1 hour per day free of charge, no wifi in the rooms, a cable is required.

The hotel looks really fancy from inside. The room was nicely arranged.

The quality of the internet connection was very bad. There is one hour free, but if you need to use more then it becomes expensive.

There is a kitchen in the room and coffee on reception.

Spa was closed during our visit. Our room was prepared as single, not double -- we have to call reception and ask.
