Staff is very friendly and attends to all your needs. The room is very pretty and comfortable I would have liked wifi in the room. we were not in the main hotel so we could not access wifi, but could in the main building. |

The services are good esp. the staffs over there.Breakfast is also nice.The location is close to the congress hall which the seminar is located. The afternoon tea time serves only bread and tea. |

The kindness of the staff, the location in a lovely part of town, within walking distance of all nice sites, the flexibility as to how long we could leave the car parked. Not all rooms have air-conditioning ( ours did not; as it was hot, we had to leave the windows open, and we could hear the traffic or people talking on the street); the restaurant is overpriced and not that good. The showerhead needed repair. |

Das toll eingerichtete Zimmer, die kompetenten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter. Meiner Frau fehlte ein beleuchbarer Schmickspiegel in Augenhöhe, das Zimmer roch nach Pfeifenraucher. Der Kamin war falsch geladen und brannte erst, nachdem ich das nachgebessert habe. |

Das Personl ist ausgezeichnet geschult und sehr zuvorkommend; sehr angenehm der Nachmittagskaffee in gediegenen Räumen mit Kaminfeuer; ausgezeichnetes Frühstück: frisch, große Auswahl beim Bett aufdecken am Abend wurde einfach unsere leere Pfandflasche eines Softdrinks ohne Rückfrage mitgenommen, könnte man das in der heutigen Zeit als Diebstahl auslegen? Schade, da ansonsten das Personal einfach perfekt war. |

der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend leider liegt das Hotel an einer relativ befahrenen Straße, was auch im 4. Stock deutlich zu hören war. Positiv fiel auf, dass die Kirchturmglocken der benachbarten Kirche erst ab 6.30 Uhr schlugen! |

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabillité des personnels sont parfaites, le cadre est trés jolie d'un style rétros mais pleins de charmes, trés romantique tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréables, les salles à manger sont trés belles et les repas de qualités. Juste une méfiance sur la carte des vins, les prix peuvent vous faire explosé l'addition, mais elle reste variée et propose des prix pour tous les portes feuilles, les grands amateur de vin seront comblé. |
