    Location, room,

Difficult to find, found address but building indicated a different name. Aparent refusal to take Ccards as listed on, only to find that their 'EC Card' machine did accept MasterCard.

    - Very good location, 3 min. walk to the beach - Quiet place even though we've had a room on one of the main streets' side - Very nice room and bathroom even though the room was described as a standard one - The room was very tidy, cleaning was done every day - Friendly staff albeit very poor English skills

    - No English spoken staff on arrival and departure - Very tight parking spaces - Same breakfast buffe sellection every day - Had to pay for so called "Kurkarte" on arrival (7,5 EUR per person) even though there was no information about it in whatsoever. The "Kurkarte" is a kind of tourist benefit card, issued by the authorities of Binz.

Great rooms and beautiful decoration, the breakfast was rather nice, despite what was mentioned in other reviews. Great place, will come back.

The 6€ parking fee for guests is ridiculous, drop it.
