Thanks for a pleasant stay at your hotel. I came for the documenta 13, and your hotel and its excellent restaurant made for a comfortable trip.

rooms are basic, but correct.

Good breakfast. Close to the city-center. Private parking, all good things.

Frontsite is very noisy because of the traffic, very busy traffic all night thru.

No fuss, no stupid so-called 'hospitality' gimmicks but straightforward friendly. Perfect location for people who want to visit the Dokumenta.

Booking was not correct, first dya we had to search for an other location! They said that booking order was not transmitted to the hotel. Personnel helped us to find another location.

Everything that mattered was very clean and tidy,the room was big and comfy and service was great. Everything was where it should have been!

There was a bit of a smell in the hallway, and it was a bit of an strange 90s atmosphere, but the second part could be considered charming.

The standard room was very spacious and we were happy with the memory foam mattress! Room service from a small Italian restaurant located downstairs is available, and the hotel breakfast provided a lot of options. Also, we didn't use them, but I did see conference rooms, making this a good place for business.

The rooms on the front side of the hotel are located on a VERY busy and VERY noisy street, and if you're on the first floor, like we were, you have it the worst. Because the hotel, like most European hotels, doesn't have air conditioning, we had to have our windows open at night. This meant listening to traffic, cars with loud stereos, and people walking by/talking outside until 4 or 5 AM!! Also, the hotel is located right across the street from Lutherplatz. We had a nice view of the clock tower. But we were also woken up by it chiming loudly every hour on the hour.

Very helpful staff. Excellent service. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Beds were very firm / hard

Location near town centre and trams. Private car park. Good breakfast.

Clean, reasonably well positioned, staff helpful.

Room facilities very basic. Ugly decor, particularly large ugly heating pipes which ran along the middle of the wall. No extractor fan in the windowless bathroom/toilet. No Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. No residents lounge or bar facilities, in spite of the fact that the bar was/is advertised in the leaflet available at reception. Breakfast, charged as an extra was poor with limited very limited range of cereals and other food. Sliced bread was stale. This hotel does not desereve a 3 star reting.

Trevligt kombinationsrum. Enkelt med bilparkering. Bra frukosttider.

Słabo widoczna nazwa, bardzo stare, niewygodne materace+sprężyny wręcz wbijają się w plecy

przestronny pokój, bardzo wygodne łóżko, dzwiękoszczelne okna,bardzo dobre śniadanie

przyjechaliśmy ok.23 i nie było długi czas ciepłej wody

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals

Das Hotel ist in Teilen noch im Umbau. Dieses war aber nicht störend.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Wegen der Renovierungen gab es viel Krach. Auch dazu war der Aufzug ausser Betrieb. Es gab keine Meldung von dem Hotel über diese Probleme. Das hat uns nicht gefreut.

Das Personal. Empfang abends und morgens mit netten Damen besetzt. Auch der Nachtportier war sehr freundlich. Danke!

Diesmal leider ein Zimmer nach vorn und die Bauarbeiten am Haus.

Fenster nicht vollständig zu verdunkeln, Lautstärkedurch Lage an Hauptverkehrsstraße, Bahnhaltestelle, Kirchenglocken.Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel ziemlich "abgewohnt".

Problemloses WLAN im Zimmer. Zentrale Lage (nähe Bahnhof). Freundliches Personal.

Flure etwas veraltet, aber es finden derzeit Sanierungsarbeiten am Gebäude statt.

Mein Einzelzimmer hatte einen schlechten Standard. Eng, alte Einrichtung, unmögliches Bett, defekte Duscharmatur. Die Zimmer meiner Mitreisenden waren bei gleichem Preis deutlich komfortabler.

Frühstück war o.k.

Les chambres côté rue sont bruyantes.
