The staff were helpful and friendly and provided gluten-free bread which I requested as well a quiet room. The room was cramped and it needed to be spruced up a bit. |

Friendly Staff and Great Breakfast, clean room not enough parking space, no washclothes full size towels instead, needs an elevator, no slip resistance mats in the shower which was small, rooms are not sound proof, only two american speaking tv stations, bring your own soap |

La gentillesse de l'accueil. Le wifi gratuit et stable. Les marches. Quand les hôteliers penseront-ils que les voyageurs voyagent avec des bagages? 3 marches du côté de la rue pour accéder à un sas aux portes perpendiculaires. 1 marche de 40 cm du côté du parking ! |

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz, der Chef hat uns gut erklärt wie wir nach Mannheim kommen und was wo ist, die Zimmer abseits der Strasse sind ruhig. Das Frühstück haben wir leider verpasst.. Für eine kurze Nacht ein gutes, einfaches Hotel ohne viel Schnickschnack.. |

Das Doppelzimmer war zwar nicht soo groß, aber funktionell eingerichtet und vor allem sauber, ebenso das Bad mit Dusche! Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. |
